Good quality products
Both the boots and pants are excellent. Boots are light while still being pretty warm and fit well. They are a touch narrow for my foot but they will work. The order did take 8 (working days) to be delivered so just keep that in mind if you need new boots in a couple of days.

I also took a look into the delivery timeframe, as 8 working days is well outside the service we aim to provide. Our standard delivery to the South Island is typically around 2 working days, plus an extra day for rural delivery.
Looking into your order, it appears it was dispatched during the ferry disruptions that affected services on 6–8 July, and this was then followed by the public holiday on 10 July, which unfortunately added further delays to the courier network.
While these circumstances were outside of our control, we completely understand that the wait was frustrating. We appreciate your patience and your support to Betacraft.
