I’ve been playing on Betandreas for about 6 months now. After other sites, it became my favorite and honestly, Betandreas is king.
My account (User ID: 11363755) was frozen, but despite that they supported me in every possible way. They sent around 20 emails the same day regarding my issue and did everything they could to help me.
It’s the site I like the most and I even got my whole family to play there. Other sites are completely off-limits for me — it’s Betandreas or nothing.

This site looks and act like a scam. They frozen my acc and after all docs and video call they unfrozen my acc. I tried to withdraw but they asking to link my phone number and after 3 days of trying to do, still nothing, code just dont arrive. They told me to link with phone number from another country. I also tried that but its the same story. So, looks like they will stole my balance as tipical scamers do.

Faço 2 levantamentos que não depositados na minha conta. Falo com o apoio ao cliente e dizem que realmente os pagamentos não foram feitos, so que pedem o extrato bancário para confirmar. E eu digo que não tenho o extrato pois ainda estamos no inicio do mês. E eles dizem que não conseguem fazer nada. É uma vergonha, sabem que não fizeram os pagamentos e mesmo assim não pagam.

Estou a 2 dias tentando realizar um levantamento, porém na hora do saque meu saldo fica zerado. Já tentei por diversas vezes uma solução junto ao atendimento ao cliente, e eles não resolvem. Não tem como confiar nesse cassino.

I was register this betting site 5th july. My account was frozen in 7th july. Just 2days after register.
I mail them and given all the needed documents. After that they says they will notify me the result. It been 32 days running. Still they keep saying they will notify me the reuslt. But they not giving me the result.
I had 18924BDT which is about to 150$ in Betandreas.
Hope they will fix my account
