Your live betting page ripped me off for $115. I canceled the wager when the screen turned yellow when the line changed and there were still three seconds left before the counter hit zero which means my money should have never been taken out of my account. I didn't even know it was taken out until I try to make another bet and it told me that I had insufficient funds. I requested my money back but he all said it was too late. It's not my fault Your live page does not refresh your balance after you make a bet so you don't even know if the money is gone. I found this out the hard way. What is the purpose of having that timer on your line change if you are going to take our money anyway. If you decide to put the money back in my account I will remove this review and continue to use you, but I will not make any more live vets on your page ever., otherwise I have four other sports books I can use I've been with you a while so I use you sometimes cuz you have good payouts and you allow me to buy points on parlays but I'm not going to be stolen from. Please don't think I'm just crying about a little money I throw thousands of dollars away really on sports betting. I make $500 a day at my job. I don't mind losing fairly but I'm not going to be ripped off in your sight ripped me off last night so this will be goodbye unless you decide to do right by me. You have been good to me in the past but this is unacceptable your site needs fixed. I've been complaining about your site for a long time it's ridiculous that you change the line so much that you cannot even make a bet what's the point. If you post a line you need to give someone so many seconds to cancel or make the bet. I have left complaints for this before. If you cannot put my money back in my account please just close my account. Good day.

Officially left the site for good. The promises for CS to treat people better (they don’t) and the laggy gaming experience have become too much. The payouts have improved in terms of timing, but due to their manual processes that remain in place vs other sites which are automated, they still rank last in the industry. The betting interface is simple, probably the one positive for this site, but not enough to overcome all the other shortfalls.

Doesn't honor the welcome bonus because I cashed out winnings.

I have been using betnow for several years. Compared to the other offshore books, they are decent as they are not a scam. However, they have regressed in a lot of ways. First, their promo (bonus) bucks can only be used on straight wagers. They used to allow use on parlays but they changed that. Second, live betting is a joke. You cannot place a parlay on live events (straight bets only), the system crashes frequently, and there is no live streaming. Despite these issues, when I have complained, they have repeatedly disclaimed all responsibility. They state that they outsource their live system to a 3rd party, and that the problem is out of their hands. (Imagine going to a restaurant, getting sick from the food, complaining, and then being told by the restaurant that its not their fault, they used ingredients from another farm.) The lack of accountability is unacceptable. There is no comparison between the primitive betnow live system and the alternatives. Third, deposit bonuses are good but come with disproportionately steep rollover requirements (15-25x). Fourth, their sports rebate is 2%, and they claim this is the center of their "rewards program". So, if you lose $1000, you get $20 back. They have no points redemption program like the majority of other sites. Even BetUS has one and they are a scam. Fifth, many agents (Joel, Jay, Christian) on live chat are rude and difficult to get any assistance from. The only ones that are competent and help are managers, and they are hard to reach. Sixth, the site is outdated compared to the US books (Fanduel, BetMGM, etc), and their payout structure is unduly complicated, with limits for the various methods. So, if you wanted to make a 10k withdrawal, compared to Fanduel and others, rather than one request, you have to make 4-5 requests per the various methods offered, which are capped at 1-5k each. Finally, the biggest issue is trying to get a bonus bet (promo bucks). They are the opposite of generous when it comes to these, and will reference their 'rewards program' (rebate). But the rebate is essentially nothing (2% for sports). Not the best but also not the worst, given the problematic functionality and poor reward offerings.

I have been a loyal BETNOW customer for over 7 years. I recently had some communication issues as a VIP player and had entered some negative reviews. To BETNOWS credit they reached out to me explaining that the internal structure has changed and let me know as a VIP player who I can reach out to if in need of assistance. I have to say BETNOW stepped up and explained the changes and made the situation right !! This is why I am a loyal BETWNO VIP customer going on 7 + years now and will continue to be. I would encourage any new or established players to give BETNOW a try as the wagering platforms are great and if you become a VIP player, they will treat you right!
