They Let Me Win €980, Then Stole Everything — Avoid at All Costs
I deposited €100 into Betsio.com and received a 100% welcome bonus. That gave me a balance of €200. I then proceeded to wager over €4,000 — fully completing all bonus wagering requirements, without the use of VPNs, bots, or anything shady.
After completion, my balance had grown to nearly €980. I waited two full days with the wagering already finished and money fully unlocked. Nothing seemed wrong — everything looked legit. I requested a small €30 withdrawal to test if it would go through.
That’s when they pulled the trigger.
Out of nowhere, support told me all €879.52 of my winnings had been confiscated due to violating a hidden term: apparently, during the wagering process, I bet more than €2 on a single spin. This rule was never enforced by the system - they let me continue, they let me bet and win, and only when I asked for my money did they suddenly care.
This is predatory behavior. They allowed me to spend hours playing, winning, and thinking the bonus was fair - only to rob me at the finish line.
Even worse? I was told to contact support via email. I did. No response for over 5 days. Completely ignored.
Betsio.com isn’t just a bad casino - it’s a trap. They wait until you try to withdraw, then find any excuse to take your money. Stay far away unless you’re ready to waste your time and be scammed when it matters most.

Been over 3 months now since I deposited £100, and won £5000 at this website. They blocked my account and confiscated my funds. I took my complaint to casinoguru and they accused me of cheating falsely, and also never provided casinoguru with any proof of this. Do not use this website they do not pay out! I can prove all of this too! It is documented on casinoguru!

Worse experience ever
Worse experience I had i deposited 20pound from my bank account and it didn't even reach my betsio account. It's been over 9 hours still didn't get the money deposited in my betsio account. The customer service was terrible they was no help telling me to provide screen shots of the transaction. I'm glad I didn't deposit like 500 pound never again I ve using this gaming site. I got many gaming account never had any bad experience there is far the worse experience I ever experience.

Theft
Betsio.com says im using their promotion in my advantage and seeing it as fraudulent. They therefore claimed they could take away all my money. They took away even more money than I origanally put into the account. This seems like full on theft. Better stay away from this casino
