I LOVE my NodPod!
I LOVE my NodPod!! I have owned one for years and have since bought several as gifts for friends, family and clients. Finally decided to treat myself to a silk one. Better sleep - every night!! Highly recommend it.

Horrible false advertising and Horrible customer service. I will never purchase anything from better sleep again as well as diswade anyone from doing business with better sleep.

I understand your frustration. The blanket purchased was marked as a Final Sale item at the time of purchase and is normally excluded from our sleep trial and return policy.
That said, before this review was posted, we had already agreed to make an exception and accept your return as a gesture of goodwill, despite the item being Final Sale. For that reason, we were surprised to receive a review describing the situation as “false advertising” and “horrible customer service,” as we had already offered a resolution that went beyond our stated policy.
Our intention has never been to mislead customers, and we always strive to be transparent about our products and policies while providing fair solutions whenever possible.
We remain happy to assist with the return we approved as an exception and hope we can resolve this matter amicably.

My order was shipped as shown
My order was shipped as shown, within 4 to 7 days. The mattress topper is comfortable. Its not like the foam ones which are really cushy, but is still very comfortable and is as advertised. All in all I'm happy with the our purchase.

I have not received my package..
UPDATE: I received my weighted animal 14 days after I ordered. I stopped receiving tracking emails so that was bothersome. The company was very responsive to my concerns.
I have not received my package... order number BS96770 and have not received a tracking email for 6 days... since May 4th

Your order BS96770 was shipped promptly and has been in transit with the carrier since May 4th. According to the latest tracking information, your package is still on its way and should arrive shortly.

I had a problem where the bed for the product was unavailable, but my parcel was in shipment. Better Sleep was very understanding and provided a return label.

No refunds - Customer service will ghost you
Customer service will ghost you when you try to get a refund - don't believe their refund policy.
I ordered the weighted blanket but changed my mind, and paid to ship it back. Unfortunately, the customer service was untimely, and largely unresponsive.

We do process refunds in accordance with our return policy once the returned item is received at our warehouse, inspected, and confirmed to be in new condition. This step is necessary before the refund can be issued.
If you have already returned the blanket, please feel free to send us the return tracking number so we can locate the package and make sure your refund is processed as quickly as possible.

I ORDERED A NECK BRACE THAT LOOKED ENTIRELY DIFFERENT THAN THE WEBSITE. IT TOOK OVER 4 WEEKS FOR ME TO GET IT AND NOW I AM TRYING TO RETURN IT AND GETTING ABSOLUTELY NO WHERE. THEY ALSO CHARGED ME A PROTECTED PACKAGE FEE THAT I DID NOT ELECT TO PURCHASE. VERY DISPLEASED

Patrick est à l’écoute des clients et leur produits sont vraiment de haute qualité. J’avais une autre couverture Hush avant et j’ai dû m’en débarrasser car elle était beaucoup trop chaude. Leur couverture est en coton et elle respire. Jumelé avec leur housse en bambou, je dors comme un bébé et je fais beaucoup moins d’anxiété.
