Worst Product - Shilajit Scam!

I would not recommend this product to anyone. I have personally used it and didn't experience any benefits. I used not one, but two containers, and still, no results.

When I emailed them for a refund, they bluntly refused and told me that there's no refund policy. This is highly unprofessional, and they only focus on advertising.

Their product doesn't contain real Shilajit; it's just a fake product that will give you a weird taste, but it won't provide any benefits.

*Advice:* Avoid this product and don't waste your money. If you're looking for Shilajit, purchase it from a trusted source and always read reviews before buying.

DO NOT TRUST THESE SCAMMERS!! Dont live on the Hype online. EVERYONE SAYING HOW WONDERFUL THEY FEEL I CALL B.S...
Bad customer service. Hidden place in some building in India no legit sign showing of the business..... India has been known to scam Americans.. Resin you don't really know what it is.... Stay away if you had to sue them they are in India you'll never be able too.. Only buy what's in the USA

This was my second order from thebetteralt, I really liked their products, but there were several problems with this order that I've been trying to work out with their foreign outsourced (or bad AI) customer service department.
1. I ordered the Shilajit Gummies, was sent regular honey sticks instead, after 2 weeks of daily emails, they're finally sending the gummies.
2. I ordered Cinnamon Honey Sticks, when I opened the package the contents of the package were Regular Honey Sticks, I provided pictures and batch number and date, thinking someone really needs to look into that, it's a serious quality control issue. Their only response was "The picture shows you received the Cinnamon Honey Sticks so were not going to do anything about it.
3. Spent $150 on the order, no free gift, even though I don't need another cup, it's just the point.
4. Also they don't approve any negative reviews for their products, that's why all of their products have 4 stars.
I'll order from a different company next time.

If I could give zero I would, paid for item never received the item to be emailed and told it’s marked as delivered basically tough luck and thanks for free money….. DONT USE THIS COMPANY BETTER OUT THERE WHO ACTUALLY DELIVER THE ITEM

Avoid this company.I made an order of your shilajit seamoss tongkat ali ashwaganda capsules from your TikTok store.I received a picture of a package hanging out of my letter box.(please view picture driver took).This is what was classed as delivered.When I got home there was,is no package.I have also checked with neighbours they have received no package for me.I live on ground floor on a council estate in London.You cannot leave a package hanging out of letter box like your driver did.Totally unprofessional.I would like my goods which I paid for sent again and delivered properly,or a refund.If this is not rectified I will go through my bank to get my money back as try to communicate with betteralt is like trying to communicate with a brick wall.

Placed an order over a month ago and it was supposed to be delivered more than a week back. When I tracked it, the status still shows as pending. Tried reaching out to their customer care — the number doesn’t work.

I’ve emailed their support team at support@ thebetteralt.com five times with no response whatsoever. Absolutely no communication or update on my order.

Very disappointing experience. If this isn’t resolved soon, I’ll be escalating it further. I strongly advise others to be cautious before ordering.

I was dreading the taste as shilajit itself isn’t pleasant but after tasting the shilajit honey & ashwaganda honey sticks I am relieved! They are so nice!! I can’t wait to see the benefits.

My only critism would be I wish the honey stickers were bigger

Avoid avoid avoid they do not respond to emails they just send spam instead! Ordered 12 days ago still not shipped then they say due to them going viral it’s taking longer absolute joke

They can't deliver to a 103 year old building and address. There outdated database. Betteralt does not address problems. Today 01.23.24 I'm gonna get a refund in 10 days.so there gonna have my monies for 7 weeks.
Over poor service blunders

I bought a package of 10 in the tiktok store and they only sent 5 and never send me the remaining 5..they only said we are working on it...be careful with this company

Scammers. Changed owners. The new owner only scams and keeps flagging bad reviews, which is why the trustpilote score is so high
