Better Impact Reviews 

I have been using Better Impact for 7 months now and it has been super easy to pick up and there are so many functions that we haven't been using that I am discovering that make reporting so much easier. The volunteer app is also very straight forward and simple and easy to show volunteers how to use. We have volunteer from 16 years old to 85 and they can all use it with ease

I've recently joined an organisation that has been using Better Impact for a number of years. I've found it incredibly easy to navigate and the online training videos are incredibly useful too.

As part of my role, I've now become a "super user" and am helping to train other team members on how to use Better Impact.

The volunteers I have onboarded are all really happy with their experience too - it's easy to use and doesn't take up any of their time.

The my better app and website is great i find it easy t use great layout and no lagging issues or logging me out issues great security aswell and quick links for convince.

Better Impact is a robust and great Volunteer Management System, that has a lot of great features and inclusions within it, depending on budget and availability for implementation.
You need to be sure that you know everything you want your system to do, so that your implementation can go a lot smoother.

Better Impact, and more specifically Volunteer Impact is what got our medical volunteer program through Covid. The system switch for our 300+ volunteers in 2019 was nearly seamless and everyone who made the swap with us has been very happy. Non-volunteer management staff find it easy to use and navigate even when they are not in and out of it every day. The flexible set up allows us to pivot on a dime when a change needs to happen and the variety of activity set ups helps us customize volunteer set up for ever kind of clinic that we have. I cannot speak highly enough of this product and how it has impacted our volunteer operations.

Better Impact is still one of the most competitive applications for volunteer engagement and management. With its capacity to have user self-direct their customisation without the need of paying additional or having to raise IT tickets, teams can quickly add-in features as they grow, or the need arises. I've successfully used this product now for 4 years and whilst there are some improvements, I'd love to see there are options to voice these through their feedback feature, to which they respond once it has been created. I've reviewed various other programs and this one still provides more benefits at a competitive rate.

Better Impact software is a life saver. When I started working at this job, I had no idea what Better Impact was about, then I started taking all the eLearning trainings, when I was requested a report, I emailed the crew from Better Impact and they are on point to help you, give you ideas on how to or go aground. This site is awesome for offering the ability to create and sort volunteers based on interests or qualifications. It makes pairing people so much easier and its pretty quick to learn how to set up.
