Better Salon Supplies are a family run business, based in Market Deeping close to Peterborough. We were established in 2013 and sell hair, beauty and barber equipment to the trade. We stock some of the industries leading and popular brands which include Wella Professional, L’Oréal Proffesionnel, Italy Aquarely, Wahl Professional, Gamma +, YS Park, Passion, Procare, Joewell, Kasho and many more. Our furniture range consists of REM, Salon Fit, SkinMate and Takara Belmont. We have a Takara Belmont furniture showroom on site which is open by appointment 7days per week. For local customers within 30 miles of our store, we offer Sameday and Nextday delivery*; Tuesday - Friday For customers further afield, we have a website, and offer free standard delivery or Nextday. Delivery is Monday - Friday and excludes Bank Holidays and weekends, subject to terms and conditions. Better Salon Supplies are fast becoming the leader in Salon and Barber furniture and can help with designing your salon and through to installation too. Once you have bought your furniture it doesn’t stop there as we are also authorised to maintain and service your Takara Belmont items too. On staple items such as hair colour, bleaches and sundries, we have started to offer bulk buy pricing to help you save money on the items you use the most.

Really disappointed with my order
Really disappointed with my order. I bought a comb and a water spray bottle and even paid extra for next day delivery, but it didn’t arrive as promised. I needed it today, and there was no update or explanation from the website. Not reliable at all — definitely won’t be ordering from here again.

Unfortunately you placed your order at 16:41 on the 10th November, this is nearly 4 hours past our cut off for next day delivery. It was therefore despatched yesterday for delivery today.
Information is displayed throughout our website, highlighting the cut off time of 1pm for Next Day delivery and also at checkout.

I would like to assure you we did reply to you when you emailed us regarding your order of L’Oreal Shampoo, our response may have gone to your junk mail.
I explained that the image was for illustration purposes only and the pump is always sold separately. Trade professionals who purchase L’Oreal regularly will know this. The imagery we use on our website is supplied to us by L’Oreal Professionnel, so we don’t have any control over what they supply us.
If you have used L’Oreal Professionnel or most other professional hairdressing backwash size shampoo and conditioner, I’m sure you will know this.

The REM stool arrived on time and in perfect condition. It’s a great product—comfortable, sturdy, and well-made. Really impressed with the quality and how smoothly everything went. Definitely recommend it!

I ordered 2 tubes of colour and I got sent one of the wrong tube of colour. I panicked because I needed it for my client the day after I received the order. So I rang the wholesaler and they said they will send out the right one the next da and said I don’t need to return the wrong tube. I’m really pleased with the customer service I received and will continue to use better salon supplies.
