Tower Trophies Reviews

I was pleasantly surprised to get an email offering me a more expensive shield when Tower Trophies realised my choice was sold out, at no extra cost. Plus offering me extra engraving on my medal. Also with no charge. This is called 'customer service'.
Well done Tower Trophies. You really do give value for money.
Consider yourselves bookmarked for any further trophies.

Great choice and a great price. Quality fantastic too. Would use again.

Good product, really impressed with how I was kept informed throughout the order and despatch process. Spot on.

Goods turned up quickly and the price was excellent. All round easy to deal with.

Good clear engraving on the trophy. Very prompt delivery, good communication and sturdy packaging - just what I was looking for, thank you!

Website was quick and easy to use, the trophy looked great, would highly recommend

Delighted with service and price of goods.

I have no qualms about using your company again. Our order was processed in fantastic time and we received it in the post far sooner than we expected!

This was a replacement trophy. It was more or less the same but the quality wasn't as good. There was also a chip on the front of the trophy but as it was needed urgently I didn't have time to return & replace. Quality No!!!

The ordering process was easy, even for a complicated set of trophies with different engraving on each. The trophies were delivered promptly. Good efficient service all round. Would be five star except that the shields I got two years ago are no longer available (not just at Tower, but anywhere) which is a pity, and the prices have gone up a bit so I had to order slightly smaller shields.

Very Good service and communication. My orders had a small mistake, then i sent a compliant email. They respond quickly, and sent me a fixed order with 24 hours curier, free of charge. So A++++ service, good customer care, i will order again.

I Ordered online but made a mistake
phoned next day and they sorted it
And was delivered in one piece and on time

Any questions were answered quickly on the phone or by email and we were kept updated on the status of the order, which arrived in plenty of time for our annual prizegiving and the kids will love their customised trophies.
