Super fast payouts. Great customer service
Well, first and foremost the redemption process is super fast unlike any other place it’s fabulous. I love it.
The couple of times that I’ve had over a couple grand it’s taken a day or two, but within the hour The promotions, the games are great. I’ve never had any issues with them. Customer services grades. I’ll be there a while.!!

I like that the casino pays out in seconds but it’s really hard to win enough to cash out, some of their games lag quite a bit…… I personally probably won’t try again….

Running on empty oh no
This site gets worse and worse.
They’ve upped the minimum redemption. Removed the daily sales and have a pitiful daily login bonus.
They went from running unlimited sales to. Absolutely no promotions. One can assume there experiencing liquidity issues.
I tried to have my account deactivated and my data deleted from the database but……..customer support doesn’t respond. Not ideal

Since the changes to 100 minimum SC…
Since the changes to 100 minimum SC redemption and restructuring of bonuses, I've noticed a much lower RTP. I have gone through countless spins on different games, and notice that my return on Betty Sweeps is far lower compared to when I first started using this site.
Even if I buy a promotion with 10 - 20% extra SC, breaking even seems impossible now. It seems like my return is closer to 50% every single time I play.
I'm going to deactivate this account after my next redemption, and no longer recommend Betty Sweeps.

I liked Betty Sweeps when they had…
I liked Betty Sweeps when they had daily SC rewards and you could cash out a $10 redemption. Now the minimum redemption amount is $100. It’s not Betty Sweeps fault that Pragmatic Play pulled out of the US market. But my opinion of Betty Sweeps has been negatively impacted by the loss of a major game provider, their switch to the gem system, and Betty’s decision to multiply the minimum redemption amount by 10x. I do not recommend Betty Sweeps.
