PRODUITS SANITAS CHAUFFANT A FUIR

Achat de produits de leur sous-marque SANITAS réf. SHK 34 (coussin dos/nuque chauffant) + SWKD 100 A1 (plaid chauffant) + SHK 50 (coussin nuque épaules chauffant) tous 3 défectueux avant les 3 ans de garanties.
J'ai pu avoir un remplacement des produits la 1ère fois, sauf que l'un des produits est retombé en panne juste après les 3 ans de garantie (d'ailleurs la garantie cour à partir du 1er produit et pas de celui remplacé...) et là pas moyen de se faire remplacer le produit, et le remboursement de toute manière inenvisageable dans leur politique de garantie.
Le pire c'est qu'ils sont au courant du problème sur leur produits mais ils continuent à vendre des produits peu fiable qui ne durent pas dans le temps.
Je précise que les produits n'ont pas été lavé et n'ont pas eu d'utilisation extravagante.
J'ai même suggéré que le problème pourrait éventuellement venir de la mise en sécurité après 90min d'utilisation.
Bref. aucun geste commercial sur le produit en panne juste après 3 ans et surtout pour une cliente qui leur à acheté 3 produits et pour lesquels les 3 sont tombés en panne !!!
Serait-ce de l'obsolescence programmée assumée ou de l'incompétence de fabrication ? Dans les 2 cas, ils n'ont pas à priori pas peur de la MAUVAISE PUB, donc je compte sur vous client LIDL et SANITAS pour boycotter BEURER en n'achetant plus leur produits et en faisant part de vos mauvaises expériences produits et SAV comme moi.

Blanket stopped working within 3 months…

Blanket stopped working within 3 months of purchase. No help from Beurer who said the warranty ( which expired after 2 months!) was with Amazon through whom it was purchased, zero help from them. Avoid this product at all costs.

SO DISAPPOINTED WITH BEURER UK....I have been buying Beurer heated blankets for over 10yrs. Initially they were very good but the last 2-3yrs I find they only work for about a year. I did not know they were warranted for 3yrs so every year I've purchased a new blanket from Amazon. I was recently made aware that they have 3yr warranty and as my last one which i purchased from ebay NEW as Amazon did not have it in stock and I needed it urgently as i had just come out of hospital after Major surgery and was in a lot of pain, it packed up after 18mths I reached out to Customer Service but was told they do not recognise ebay as a seller, after sending them my receipt. I am so disappointed with Beurer uk as I've supported and promoted them to family and friends for over 10yrs....

Ekstra funktioner viker kun nogle gange.

Vi har tit problemer med vægten ikke kan genkende personen, der står på vægten. Derfor viser den ikke fed, muskel masse og gemmer heller ikke til app automatisk. Der er ikke rigtig noget hjælp af hente ved Beurer. Så kan man ligeså godt købe en alm. badevægt……

Achtung LB 55

Achtung LB 55 Luftbefeuchter: das neue Modell heult wie die Wölfe im Horrorfilm - nicht lauter als das Rauschen der Luft zuvor, aber eben im Ton mehr als nervig. Ein Heulen eben. Billig-Ventilator im Luftbefeuchter! Im Wohnraum absolut inakzeptabel!

Quick and satisfactory response to a problem with our scales. After we sent proof of purchase and pictures we were provided with a replacement. I was dealt with with curtesy throughout an email exchange.

Ho ordinato online un cuscino massaggiatore rivelatosi poi difettoso, ho mandato mail per richiedere assistenza ma non rispondono, ai numeri telefonici indicati la voce automatica dice che gli operatori sono occupati e termina la chiamata. Pessimo.

Customer service excellent.We a problem with a Beurer Hot pad it wouldn’t get warm it was 14 months old, we sent photos of the hot pad and receipt.
Agreed to send us a replacement.
Excellent customer services other Companies should learn from them.

Great product and better customer…

Great product and better customer service. Bought a heated throw, which was lovely quality and warmed me up perfectly. It did stop heating up after a year. I contacted customer services, who replied quickly to my email and replaced the blanket . I wish every company responded so efficiently to emails. Highly recommend Beurer.

Livraison non respectée & communication insuffisante

Commande passée le 11/12/2025, toujours non livrée à ce jour.
Après avoir contacté le service client par téléphone, la seule réponse obtenue est que le transporteur a été contacté, sans aucun délai, ni solution concrète proposée.

Aucune information proactive, aucun engagement clair (ni nouvel envoi, ni remboursement), le client doit relancer pour obtenir des réponses vagues.
Quand on commande à une date précise, surtout en cette période de Noël, on attend un minimum de suivi et de responsabilité de la part du vendeur, indépendamment du transporteur.

Expérience décevante, manque de transparence et de professionnalisme dans la gestion d’un retard de livraison.

I bought the first Beurer Cosy Taupe in January 2025, replacement received in February 2025.

I bought the first Beurer Cosy Taupe in January 2025; it never worked. After a while Beurer agreed to replace it & I received a new one. However, I didn't use it until November 2025. This one worked for about a week or so, and when it did it was very good. But it then stopped working completely.
I then contacted Beurer Customer service on 21st November to ask if I could have a replacement under the 3 year guarantee. I didn't receive a reply from them. I resent my original email on 2nd December. I still haven't heard from them. I'm unimpressed by the product and the lack of response from Customer Service.

Excellent after sales service from…

Excellent after sales service from Beurer. My heat mat stopped working after 18 months. I emailed Beurer. Carmela emailed me asking for photos which I send and she arranged for a new one to be sent.

Contatto l’assistenza Italia….. non reperibile inviato più mail per risolvere il problema senza nessun cenno da parte loro .
Una delusione, pessima assistenza .
