This company is a scam. I tried cancelling the product and they keep sending it. No invoice, no contact information. But they have my credit card and keep on sending their products which I have yo pay to send back.

I think the product is excellent and I am noticing way fewer wrinkles. I ended up deleting my before shot because I was so critical of how I looked. Now I look much younger when I look in the mirror and I just turned 55. My skin does not reflect my age thanks to this product, thank you!

I have been using the product for two weeks. In the first week my nails became strong and long. Then my skin became less dry. Week two after my facial mask I was glowing and today my puppet lines and my chin are tighter and my eyes are less crinkley.

Horrible experience with customer service. I placed an order and shortly after faced an emergency with one of my dogs. As I realized the cost of tests and treatments, I immediately contacted their customer service to cancel my order, my ongoing subscription and asked for a refund. I explained my situation and all they did was continue to push their product and say how wonderful it was and if I wasn't satisfied to return the product. It took me 5 times and threats of reporting them for fraud and posting poor reviews if they did not cancel everything and issue a refund. 5 times, I had to listen about how wonderful their products are, their last ditch offer was to offer me a further discount. I asked to speak to a supervisor who was humanistic and could understand my situation. It was at this time that I was told I would receive an email confirming cancellation of my order. I am outraged and do not recommend this company at all.

Before, I found the video about this product I had been feeling bad about the way my face was feeling. It just felt like something was going on inside my skin. I would use creams/oil to try to make it smooth, but it didn't help. I am a 66-yr old Woman with diabetes and Fibromyalgia both can cause problems with skin. I couldn't afford to really get a good deal on this product but then I did get one for 2 bottles. I took it for the first week and already felt my face feel smoother. Hell, the extra skin over my eyes went away. I am thrilled with the results I'm seeing and feeling. I need to get back on the job market and I'm feeling much better about finding a job. I got compliments from my son and Grandson. I will continue to take Dermal Repair Complex. I'm on my 2nd bottle. I'm hoping I can get an affordable price again and get more. My face is so smooth. I'm so glad I found this product.

Terrible! It leaves a white residue, and doesn’t absorb into the skin! It dries on top of the skin, leaving a white filmy residue! Don’t waste your money!

The neck serum is just sugar. After it dried I looked like I rolled in sugar. Caked and crumbly.
I would attach photo of my neck bit it doesn’t have that option.

I purchased quite a few products over a period. I am on a fixed income so I had to use savings to do this. I accrued their points that I was going to use to purchase my next product. However this company will delete your points without EVER telling you they’re going to expire - NO NOTICE ever. Being on a fixed income, I really could’ve used those points because I have allergies to many OTC products. Instead when I called customer service I was treated like I was worthless. NEVER do business with this company, they don’t appreciate their customers unless they can buy buy buy.

This is the fourth product I bought from Beverly Hills. I should’ve known better. This is supposed to reduce lines around the mouth and I always take before and after pictures to see if it’s working. And it’s not. I realize I’m 76 years old and have lines around the lips, which is why I bought it. And it is not working for me.
