I would really love to give this single entrepreneur mum a good review, but the price and taste of the products are really not worth the money. After trying them I got the overnight oats bug and been doing my own ones. For £4.99 I can make more than 8 pots. When you order if you actually decide to do not order £60 worth of it otherwise you’ll have your freezer full of something you won’t eat. Trust the reviews when people say it doesn’t taste like anything at all. It’s a shame because all the followers on Instagram and even the name of the business are great! If I was Bex I would definitely make some changes to the flavouring. There are loads of healthy options to sweeten the oats and tones of spices available on the market, even fair trade vanilla powder with no additives or sugar could make such a huge difference. Forgot to mention that only got half of my order and had to complain about it! No one got back to me asap so I personally reached out via Instagram and told Bexfast to keep the money and also the rest of the order because it would be a waste of money to send them. There was no communication between Bex Instagram and the person sending the orders. Even if I told Bex that it would be a waste of time and money to send me the rest of my delivery - it was delivered and I didn’t eat them as expected and they’ve lost money by sending them.

My wife bought 3 of these, 2 x cacao and raspberry, and 1 carrot cake.

After eating one yesterday She said they tasted of nothing at all, and so this morning I ate one, she ate the remaining one. I can 100% concur with her, that they taste of nothing at all…except cold oats. We swapped halfway through, and you really couldn’t taste the difference in what they were !! Compounded by them being £4.99 , I was utterly appalled that BexFast are still trading!…whose buying these ?. People with no taste buds, and money to throw away, that’s who, because I really can’t see ( or taste) the attraction !. In fact, both of us agreed that they were simply a waste of calories. They were allegedly Carrot cake Batter, and Raspberry and Cacao respectively, and we tried to be generous and fair before leaving this review, but the truth is, there is nothing to be fair or generous about. Bex Fast pots are ( as far as we are concerned) a monumental waste of. Money , calories and effort. We are both vegans, my wife is coeliac. My wife said she’d rather eat nothing for breakfast and I agree !. I hope BexFast will read this, and comment, because I’d like to see their justification in selling these things at £4.99 each !. Just as a note, neither of us has had Covid, so we’ve not got problems with our taste buds. We haven’t got any excuse for finding BexFast devoid of taste …except my wife feels monumentally ripped off for having given BexFast £20 of our money. Perhaps being made to feel really mugged off, renders your taste buds inactive ?. Please don’t waste your money with these. If you must eat overnight oats, make your own, because anything you make with any kind of decent flavour is going to be better than these. And £4.99 cheaper, probably by £4 at least. The adage is “a fool and his money are easily parted”….and my wife says she’s ashamed, and feels like a idiot, for having bought these, she should have known better, and trusted the 41% of people who found these distinctly questionable in terms of taste, quality and cost. Don’t be one of the 41% !!. - buy yourself something else - anything else really, has got to be better than BexFast !

Like so many people on here, I’d watched Bexfast on IG, through pandemic, so I thought finally “ok I’ll try them”. I bought 2 raspberry and Cacao, 1 Carrot cake batter. They did arrive in a timely manner, but they were expensive and bland. My husband was appalled at how much they cost , and they simply weren’t worth it. I’d have had the same view if I’d have bought a product of their ilk in M & S. They are very overpriced, and really, not worth their money IMHO. I won’t buy them again. Please don’t waste your money, there are other better, cheaper choices.

I have been following on IG for over a year as I love overnight oats, then took the leap and placed an order. It arrived just over two weeks later, in the morning, despite owner saying they were on top of orders. All pots were defrosted so I had a Cacao and Raspberry straight away. The combination of flavours was nice, even if it looked nothing like the pictures. Chia seeds had turned jelly green, the jam was allover the place and the fruit on top was watery and squashed.
I put the rest of the pots in the freezer as recommended by the company, reluctantly as I'm pretty sure you're not supposed to refreeze food once it has thawed, so I was concerned about that.
Why that is suggested baffles me. 
Fast forward a week and I defrost a Black Forest Gateaux. The oats had gone all watery, the cashew sauce was cracked and looked it had gone off and the cherry had leaked all its juice from defrosting twice and was mushy. Not great at all. Nowhere near as tasty. Refreezing them had spoiled them, in my opinion.
Chocolate Orange had a chemical taste to it and without any sauce it's almost impossible to eat. Think wet straw. Same for Chocolate Banana.
I'm not even sure they are as healthy as they claim to be, reading the nutritional ingredients they're full of cashews, maple syrup and dates, therefore high in calories for what they are. Definitely not a daily breakfast!
So I won't be buy again and I will unfollow. I appreciate it's a small company but there is always a delay, things gone wrong, suppliers problems... Groundhog Day... it reeks of incompetence in my books. 
Also, I'm not interested in Bex's personal life drama - What decent business announce divorce on Christmas day? Very unprofessional. 
I cannot help but think that more thoughts go into her own self promotion than the pots and the running of the business.  And it shows in the final products.

Received my second order yesterday, having first ordered in one of the first UK lockdowns. Order received on time, well packaged. Pots are a decent size, filling. I ordered the custard pot, Unicorn, choc orange, caramel crunch and birthday cake. Haven't eaten them all yet but Unicorn is delicious, and previous order was delicious. The low ratings on here do not reflect my experience.

Placed quite a few orders - very expensive for what they are, but I was willing to pay for the convenience. Then I had two larger, expensive orders in a row experience delays in transit. They’d been un-refrigerated for an extra day, all the ice packed with the pots had melted, they were warm and the liquid in the pots themselves started separating. I asked on multiple occasions for something to be done - after doing pretty regular orders - and nothing was done. No replacements, no refunds or discounts - I was just stuck with a bunch of pots that I didn’t feel we’re safe to eat.

Pots are good,BUT they are expensive for what it is.
Based on price i would expect delivery in time and refunds or discounts if it is delayed,but there is absolutely NOTHING,understandable that it’s a small company,but there should be some customer service.
Pots are delayed but you see the owner posting about new pot release and sale,maybe should be dealing with existing orders first

After following on Instagram for awhile I decided to take the plunge and make an order.
I ordered Carrot cake batter, lemon cheesecake, Black Forest gateaux and caramel crunch.
As I expected, due to seeing on Instagram before, the pots took awhile to dispatch but they came the day after dispatch.
So far, I’ve had the carrot cake batter and half of the lemon cheesecake. The don’t taste like cake. At all. Not particularly sweet.
The topping on the carrot cake one looked like it had separated, as if it was old. The oats tasted bland and vaguely of cinnamon. It says on the ingredients that there’s maple syrup in it but I couldn’t taste it. It didn’t taste like there was any added sweetness.
I’m halfway through the lemon cheesecake as I’m writing this review and I have to say this is somehow worse than the carrot cake even though it isn’t as soggy as the carrot cake one. Again, it’s bland, vaguely lemony and I think that’s only coming off the small amount of zest on the top despite the fact the ingredients say there’s lemon juice in the oats.
I think the watery taste is coming from the fact that it’s vegan and therefore no dairy and I feel like you’d only think this was sweet if you were someone on a no artificial sugar kind of diet. Both left a kind of dry mouth feel and I feel like this is the coconut which is used in the place of milk.
If you’re used to added sugar and dairy in your diet, this isn’t for you. It’s got a taste and texture that’s unexpected. Couple this with the long dispatch wait and it doesn’t feel worth the money. I will take other people’s advice and have a go at making my own. In the reusable pot.

The pots are no where near as good as made out to be. My box of 6 was sent all of which were due to expire within 2days!? And the email and two comments I've put to her on Instagram that I've sent within the last 6MONTHS that I received my order I still haven't had a reply.
So to sum it up..

I found Bexfast during lockdown and place orders every now and again - I love the gingerbread and pumpkin spice pot !! Yummy. All deliveries I have received have been good - yes they get a bit shaken up but doesn’t ruin the taste of them .

Absolutely love these pots! I have been meaning to order for such a long time. I tried the Cacao and Raspberry one a couple of years ago and loved it!

My order this time was 2 Cacao and Raspberry ones (just as good as I remembered), Let that Mango (a new favorite I think!), Caramel Crunch (tomorrow's breakfast) and Pomegrante Fudge.

The pots themselves were nice. Somewhat overpriced for what they are, but I knew that was likely when I purchased them because porridge oats are so cheap. This isn’t really an issue for me, lots of companies charge for convenience and many of us are happy to pay. If it was based on the pots alone I’d be tempted to order them during busy times.

However, the customer service falls short and is enough to stop me buying again. If you’re going to charge a premium price, in my opinion, this needs to be backed up with premium customer service. Although, in Bexfast’s case, any level of customer service would be good as currently there is nothing.

I had an issue with my order a few weeks ago. Despite contacting the company by email and social media I’ve had no response to the complaint.

I understand that this is a small business, and I’m more than happy to be patient, but when I have to wait weeks for even an acknowledgement it’s not good enough. As somebody else pointed out; we are paying customers, I have paid money for something that wasn’t received. Legally, as a consumer, I should be protected. So, unfortunately this is something the owner has to find a way to figure out. You cannot take people’s money and then deny them refunds when goods are not delivered as described.

Also, as somebody else said, it is a little galling to see the owner constantly updating social media about her life and the business, new orders, limited drops etc when complaints are going unanswered. It makes me feel very unvalued as a customer and goes against what Bex goes out of her way to portray on Instagram; she explicitly talks about caring for her customers, putting things right if things go wrong etc and yet many, many people have not experienced this. It just rubs the wrong way.

I would love to continue to support Bex as she really does seem to want to succeed. However, she needs to figure out how to deal with complaints as it’s such an important part of building a business and brand. Yes it’s ok to ask customers to be patient etc, but not all the time. Also, there needs to be some recognition that people have parted with their hard earned cash, which entitles them to basic customer service.

I read the reviews on here after placing my order and hoped it was just people being picky, however I’m sad to say it’s not. There’s no way I can trust a business that seems to be ok with taking customer money when they aren’t entitled to, and so I won’t be ordering again.

I really would urge anyone who is considering placing an order to decide whether you are ok losing the amount you spend because, if there is a problem with your order, it seems unlikely you’ll get a response or a refund.

Utterly terrible. I was really excited for these but sadly the delivery let them down. Despite setting a ‘safe place’ and neighbour for my delivery they weren’t delivered. Meaning they returned to the depot over the weekend so they arrived out of date. I did open one for breakfast in hope but it was congealed and stunk!
Really disappointed considering the cost and the potential.
As soon as I realised the delivery issue I emailed Bexfast but no reply ands I tried again yesterday. I know she’s busy and delivery isn’t easy but this is poor. Won’t be ordering again I’m afraid unless I get an adequate email back.

I have been following Bexfast for a bit on Instagram before I also ordered. This girl works really hard to make things work for her worker's and customers as well as raising a daughter. I have ordered a number of times and I've brought the ebook and what I do have to say is that these are a great idea the packing 👌🏻is brilliant 👏 and the taste is amazing. Ive a very sweet tooth and it's a good way to ween your self off sugar because the concept of a desert for breakfast very much apeels to me.
My last order was a few more than I ordered before and some were still lighyly frozen when I unwrapped so I put back in the freezer as all 6 had 2 days dates.

I have made my own with the ebook and I have to say breakfast is a whole new ball game for me (thanks to you bexfast ❤)

I read through some of the reviews and I have to say some are quite unfair, A; try to remember they are a small business, trying to grow...since when on a journey do you have no hick ups or issues - with any new venture your bound to have teething problems. Try to appreciate this. B; The owner is not some grand 60 year old with worldly insights, that has previous utrapurnurial experience, she has had to learn and grow along the way. Owning any business (I'm a small business owner myself) brings along alsorts of new responsibilities you didn't even expect. C; I just wanted to say for the ingredients (being clean), the packaging being great (my products are still chilled after being left all day in their packaging) these are great products and Bexfast I think your doing a great job ...Keep going X

These looked amazing. I make my own so perfect someone to make them better. A lot of money but worth a try.

They all arrived out of date. So ok then I see this is an issue and you are meant to freeze them? Doesn't say that when you sign up. Didn't really want to do that but ok....

Then the taste was bland and not great at all. Very cheap Ingredients used. Such Such good idea as well!

I made a complaint but never heard a word!

After seeing some reviews on here I was hesitant to buy, but after following on Instagram for a while they had some limited edition flavours available so I went for it. Safe to say I’m so glad I did! They were dispatched in the time frame said and the courier was great and were shipped the next day after being dispatched. The pots arrived like they had just come out of the fridge and all seemed to be in perfect condition and all looked and smelt amazing, the jars are also super cute too! I placed 4 in the freezer and have tried the other two so far - I had lemon cheesecake which is absolutely AMAZING honestly like a light refreshing dessert for breakfast and tangy lemon but not too sweet - I also have tried pomegranate fudge cake which was also pretty delicious I liked the date sauce. I will definitely be trying more flavours in the future and love supporting small businesses as I have one myself!
