My Homecare 

During the past year, My Homecare has been looking after my challenging mother daily, consistently exceeding expectations to ensure her optimal care, safety, and comfort. Mihaela, her dedicated caregiver, provided exceptional care four times a day, frequently going above and beyond while keeping our family informed. I felt reassured knowing my mother was well cared for. Suki at the office was always approachable, compassionate, and proactive in handling extra requests and visits. I wholeheartedly recommend My Homecare to anyone needing additional support for their loved ones.

The lack of carers caused lot of problems and I had ongoing problems and some included food not being heated up fully . The language barrier was always difficult ( not understanding the difference between a cupboard and a drawer ) and being spoken to poorly about my health compared to someone who is bed bound and I am so glad that I am not with this agency any longer and they moved to a different company ( the one covering dartford at least ) amd it’s now Vila and so just be very aware about this when you are considering hiring them for your loved one or yourself . It felt quite shady .

For the last year My Homecare have been caring for my difficult mother, each and every day they have gone over and above to make sure she is cared for in the best way, always making sure she is safe and has everything she needs, Mihaela her main carer was amazing, four times a day she made sure my mum had the best care, constantly going over and above and always keeping family updated. I always felt at ease knowing my mum was in safe hands. Any additional requests, visits etc were alway dealt with by Suki in the office who was kind, compassionate and always ready with a solution to help me. I would totally recommend My Homecare to anyone who finds their loved one’s needs some extra help.
