I love wearing beyoung's clothing

One of the most pathetic shopping experiences I have ever had with an online brand.

I ordered a pack of THREE night pants worth ₹1500 from Beyoung, and they delivered ONLY ONE — that too in a completely different and cheap-looking color and pattern. I immediately contacted their support team and even shared clear photos of the package and the wrong product. Instead of helping, they simply kept repeating that they “cannot assist without an unboxing video.”

I even received a call from their team, hoping they would finally resolve the issue, but absolutely nothing changed. No replacement, no refund, no accountability. Just excuses.

This kind of behavior feels extremely disappointing and gives a strong impression of fraudulent and irresponsible service. I trusted this brand, and they failed in the most basic thing — delivering what I paid for.

My genuine advice: Be careful before ordering from Beyoung. My experience has been pathetic, frustrating, and a complete waste of money.

I would put -1000 if I could.
Their refund process is the worst one i've ever seen. They now owe me over 32k.
This is the crappiest customer service ever. My agent was Aarvi Singh. She guaranteed that my money wont be debited. I have video proof of her saying that. And the amount was debited. And she's asking m to maintain a 30k balance. I only had 33k in my total savings. I now have very less. I would not recommend ever accepting a refund process from them. If they call and ask you if you want a refund or not, just leave it. Just more money is going to come out of your pocket.

Worst Experience Ever with BeYoung!
I ordered 4 T-shirts worth ₹1723, and after waiting 10–15 days, I finally got my parcel. But when I opened it, there were only 3 T-shirts inside—one missing! Where the hell is my 4th T-shirt? This is nothing but pure cheating.

And the so-called “premium” T-shirts they sent? Absolute roadside quality! The kind you get on the footpath for ₹50 each, and here BeYoung is shamelessly selling them for ₹500+. This is not just bad service, this is open fraud with customers.

When I asked for my refund, their executive shamelessly told me: “We will send the payment but not in your bank account, only in the BeYoung account.”
Like seriously? You steal my money, send me trash clothes, don’t deliver my full order, and then want me to keep my money stuck in your scam account? Disgusting and unacceptable!

I feel completely looted and scammed by this company. No professionalism, no quality, no responsibility. First they delay the delivery, then they steal items from the order, and whatever comes is pure garbage.

BeYoung, shut down this fraud business instead of fooling people. I will make sure no one around me ever orders from your site again. Highly dissatisfied, never trusting you again.

Worst experience and very poor quality of clothes and zero customer support

Bought boxer shorts, colours ran. Emailed repeatedly, but supplier hasn't responded.

I purchased it for my husband and my father and both have asked to buy more.
