Bhash SMS Reviews

Yashaswini provided excellent service 10 out of 10 to her. we want your website to be mobile friendly so that we can operate from our mobile also

Sradhanjali help me with the setup process smoothly.

I had earlier rated this site as 1 star being frauded by the sales thereafter one support executive was appointed for me he was clearly showing the interest in customer satisfaction that i thought but later i came to know his ultimate purpose was only o get this reveiw edited. He made promise to me to cater on priority in future and got the review edited and asked for screenshot , being kind hearted i reviwed and shared the screenshot with the same moment he is niether picking up my calls neither any reply since last seven days. Also their delivery report is a total scam as it shows me that messages i had sent are delivered but only the message to few from some random number is received. Basically do not waste your time on this website they are totall scammers all the sales, the Support and the management and the owners. I have also gone through their MCA company database they have never filled any proper Compliances over their also. Also dont believe on any other high rated reveiws based on my expereince I am 100% sure all are paid or by their team only.

Great Experience

Bhash’s WhatsApp Business API service has been an absolute disaster. I sent over 5,800 messages, and every single one of them shows as “delivered” in their system, yet not a single person responded. These are contacts I’ve been communicating with for over 4 years — so it's crystal clear the problem is on Bhash’s side, not mine.

Their chat interface is another joke. You can scroll through only 20 contacts, that’s it. The scrollbar stops working after 20 chats. For a service that’s supposed to handle bulk messaging and business communication, this is pathetic. How am I supposed to manage thousands of contacts when their platform locks me into seeing just 20?

When I raised these issues, their support was clueless. Instead of owning up to the failure, they kept asking me for “sample numbers” from the messages that didn’t get responses. How does that even make sense when none of the messages are going through? They are just trying to delay and avoid responsibility.

Bhash’s so-called “delivery reports” are completely fake — they deduct credits and show you fake “delivered” statuses while your messages never reach your customers. This is not just poor service — it’s straight-up fraudulent business practices.

If you value your time, money, and business reputation, stay away from Bhash. They are unreliable, dishonest, and provide zero accountability. I’m moving to a proper WhatsApp Business Solution Provider (BSP) who can actually deliver what they promise.

Bhash is a total scam. Avoid them at all costs.
