My Bibo classic needed a re-commissioning service. Mel the attending engineer made light work of stripping, replacing and re-commissioning. Had all the parts needed, fantastic knowledge of our Bibo Classic. A pleasure to have her. Five stars not enough. Thanks again. When needed we will ask for this top service again.
The engineer was fantastic and thinking out of the box
The engineer was fantastic, he came in with lots of experience, positive to-do attitude and worked with us to find the best solution for a tricky office installation. Gave u a lot of tips too and did the job quickly, efficiently and quietly, leaving everything neat and clean.
We’ve had a BIBO now for 3 years and…
We’ve had a BIBO now for 3 years and can honestly say this was money well spent. Recently we had our kitchen refitted and temporarily had to revert back to a kettle, this highlighted how much we love our BIBO, tea didn’t taste the same from a kettle, we missed the chilled nice tasting water. We ended up doing a temporary water pipe fix so that we could still use the BIBO until kitchen was complete and BIBO installed in the right place. The people at BIBO are very knowledgable and helpful, easy to contact, it’s a treat to deal with such a Company - I thoroughly recommend.

The soda maker arrived as promised
The soda maker arrived as promised, the next day. The carbonated water is so lovely and fizzy, more so than in the bottled or canned stuff. Great for drinks!

Never do without it . Our first machine has only just recently been changed for a newer model that was after a few problems it developed

Bibo Nova issues
As a new customer to BIBO, I was really impressed with how the Nova machine looks — it’s sleek and clearly designed to stand out. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end.
The machine has ongoing issues. It repeatedly resets itself due to what appears to be a software fault, and more concerningly, it now dispenses hot water into the drip tray, which has already led to water spilling onto my worktop. This isn’t just inconvenient — it raises genuine concerns about safety and potential damage to surrounding appliances.
To be fair, customer service has been responsive and helpful throughout, and I have no complaints about their support. The real issue is the product itself.
What’s frustrating is that these problems are clearly not isolated — they’ve been raised elsewhere — yet there’s been no transparency or proactive communication to customers. Meanwhile, the machine continues to be marketed as a premium, “flagship” product, which simply doesn’t reflect my experience.
For comparison, my previous Virgin Pure machine was reliable and never gave me any of these issues. I was told the Nova would be a significant upgrade, but in reality, it hasn’t come close.
I would strongly encourage other customers to speak up if they’re experiencing similar problems. A machine that unpredictably dispenses hot water and leaks is not just faulty — it could potentially become a safety risk if not addressed properly.
At this point, I can’t recommend this product after now 2 faulty machines .

I would like to Thank my usual Bibo engineer Tasha in Portsmouth for always delivering a high level of care and customer service at every visit. From detailed explanations, to demos and fixing any major/minor issue on the day leaving me with peace of mind every time, very easy to talk to and understand, amazing personality, such a pleasure to meet Tasha at every visit, very clean and tidy, respectful, excellent qualities every engineer should have.
Also Jasmine from admin customer services at Bibo has been amazingly helpful, prompt responses to my queries, sent out parts next day delivery, dealt with my queries very efficiently. Was a pleasure corresponding with Jasmine offering a high level of customer service and care.
Overall great experience being with Bibo for years.

I have been a customer of BIBO since 2011 and the customer support has always been very attentive when I have had the need to contact them, whether it is by phone or email, as service that is sadly lacking with a lot of companies these days. Kayleigh, has been my main point of contact and she has always treated my issues with care and thought. The service personal are brilliant, too. Nothing is too much trouble for this company and I would recommend them to anyone looking for an instant hot & cold water solution for their home.

We love the new Bibo Nova
We have just updated our Bibo which we had for years to the new Nova and are very pleased with the smart new model. The very pleasant Engineer dismantled the old machine and took it away and set up the new one in about 30 minutes. Showed the basic controls which I adapted to our specific needs. All very efficient so very happy customers!
