My advice is to AVOID like the plague

Great platform with amazing user interface. We run on Easylive & Bidspirit and Bidspirit is just as good if not better. The ability of buyers to speak to us in the chatbox during auctions is great!

I really like the BidSpirit platform. It's easy to use and I feel safe that my information is safe with the authentication process. There are quality auction houses using the platform. I always find something cool or interesting and something I MUST HAVE!

BidSpirit is a platform that preys on the trust of unsuspecting buyers. My experience with them has been nothing short of a nightmare. The lack of accountability and transparency is astounding, and their approach to buyer protection is non-existent.

I purchased a high-value item from one of their sellers, only to discover that the seller was operating fraudulently. Despite raising multiple red flags and reporting the situation, BidSpirit dragged their feet for months before taking any action. During this time, countless other buyers were likely scammed as well.

What’s worse is the blatant disregard for resolving issues after they arise. BidSpirit claims to "vet" their sellers, but their so-called vetting process is a sham. Their inability to screen and remove bad actors promptly allows scammers to thrive on their platform.

Even after returning the fraudulent item as per their instructions, I’ve been left in limbo for months with no refund and no accountability. Attempts to get clarity or support from BidSpirit have been ignored or met with vague promises that never materialize.

This platform is not a safe space for buyers. They turn a blind eye to scams and refuse to take responsibility for the messes they facilitate. BidSpirit isn’t just failing buyers – they’re enabling scammers through negligence and greed.

Do not take the risk. BidSpirit is a dangerous place for anyone looking to make legitimate purchases. Avoid them at all costs, or you’ll regret it just like I do.

Do not trust BidSpirit. This platform is a haven for scammers, and they do absolutely nothing to protect buyers. I was sold a fake watch by a seller named Haley Roxx. After returning the fake watch, I've been waiting for almost a month for a refund with no response or resolution.

Despite repeatedly reporting the seller's suspicious behavior before, during, and after the purchase, BidSpirit took three months to remove the fraudulent seller. This delay suggests they care more about their commissions than protecting buyers, allowing countless others to get scammed in the process.

BidSpirit's so-called customer support is a joke. They ignore follow-ups and take no responsibility for the fraudulent activities happening on their platform. My first purchase was a scam, which tells you everything you need to know about their vetting process – or lack thereof.

BidSpirit is not just an intermediary; by allowing these scams to happen, they are complicit. Their negligence in vetting sellers and ignoring buyer complaints makes them just as guilty as the fraudsters they enable.

Do yourself a favor and avoid BidSpirit at all costs. They offer zero buyer protection and are a breeding ground for scammers. If you value your money and sanity, look elsewhere. This platform is a disgrace and should be shut down. Reported to Federal Trade Commission

Excellent platform, everything is for free and very easy. Great experience, highly recommended.

I d9nr onow about other bidspirit platform such as com,il,but Italian is abdolutely crazy.It is managed by insane person which does not provide with any proper information,can hang up the phone,abuse use verbally,ignore your requests,questions.Absolutelt uncontrolable and mentally unstable.
During 2 months was asking for instructions about how to run the auction,never got any reasobable reply.Guy is always somewhere,like gum,train,street always busy,promising to csll back never does.
Before 2 hpurz of the starting the auctions sending links to upload plugons which never worked,files were damaged,no chance to unzip or no access permission.
Next day calling and fighiting with my assistance. Will be involving solicitor and police.
Totally unacceptable behaviour!!!

BidSpirit is absolutely ridiculous, confusing, user-hostile auction interface and functionality. Do not waste your time unless you have lots of it.
