I ordered the BOGO slippers and was "given" a FREE ebook. My card was charged $37.99 for a subscription for the ebook that I never signed up for. Two weeks later, I was charged another $37.99 for the same ebook subscription. I NEVER received my ebooks & I NEVER received my slippers, although FEDEX says they were delivered to my house the next day...NEVER RECEIVED ANYTHING AT ALL FROM THIS COMPANY. I emailed about this issue and my demand for a refund, but the emails kept having an error message about "Temporary errors." There were two different emails per the website and emails, but neither email works any longer.
SCAM, SCAM, SCAM!!!!!!

Ordered two buy one get one free slippers and the ebook (did not want). Forgot about the order and when I remembered I’d ordered slippers, I realized I never received them. One random day I was charged $37.99 and I couldn’t figure out what it was so I chunked it up to it being something that I ordered via Apple Pay. Exactly two weeks later, I was being charged $37.99 again. At this point I decided to investigate. It was this bogus company. I tried cancelling my subscription that I NEVER signed up for and it wouldn’t let me. So I paused the subscription and removed my Apple Pay info. Do NOT order from this company. It IS a scam. I should’ve gone with my first mind, but it is what it is. Also, I received a delivered message from FedEx. It includes proof of delivery, a receipt NOT an image. 🙄

I ordered the slippers, buy 1 get 1 free) and an ebook. Fedex stated that they delivered, but I have yet to receive them, and then they also had the nerve to set up a subscription and charge my account that I knew nothing about. Sorry company and getting the BBB involved.

I too ordered buy 1 get one slippers with a free ebook. Order went through, was charged additional $37.99 for ebook subscription. I canceled the subscription that I did not agree to. They kept my money for the slippers. I never received the slippers. The tracking number the gave me do not match my name. So this is nothing but a scam. Do purchase anything from this place. I have the BBB involved, FEDEX and the General Postmaster involved.

Company charged a subscription monthly which was not signed up for. On their website they claim to have both award winning customer service and you do not need to subscribe however the subscription was automatically added to the order and despite requests to cancel they continue to charge.
