Really a genuine app trustworthy app my loyalty manager richa provides a good service always tnks to richa for the wonderful service

It was really great receiving a call from Khushi wishing Me on my birthday.

Trying her level best to make me feel comfortable always and in need.

I have been experiencing issues with my deposit, and this is not the first time. It has now been five days with no meaningful update, other than being told that the matter is “actively being worked on.” I’ve been given multiple conflicting timeframes — the first agent said 12 hours, the next said 24 hours, then 3 days, then 3 banking days, and now I’m being told only that I’ll be updated when they receive more information. This inconsistency is extremely frustrating, and I would like a clear and accurate timeline for resolution.

Pros:
Genuine site, has plenty of games, user-friendly UI and good customer support too I personally really enjoyed playing in bigboost. Having a VIP customer support too with a manager to followup the issue if we face any and kushi is my manager who always helps in solving issues and provide me bonus and offers
Cons:
Something the deposit or withdrawal got stuck and take longer than usual to get back or reflect the funds in our account. Additional fee will be deducted for credit card payments. Bonuses like 10x or 50x or more looking great but after getting the bonus it's not easy to claim it. We need to play for a lot to fulfill the wages of the bonus amount

Experience is great because of lot of bonus and no issues in withdrawal.
Support team and loyalty manager Khushi Support is very diligent and very good and trustworthy team available all time to address any tickets raised which is very key.
