Big Home Tax Reviews

Purchased TTax Premier and received download link. After installing software would not run and return the same crash/error every time even after uninstalling and installing again. I reached out via txt and asked for help but seller was not helpful and when asked for refund I was told license was used??
How if I could not get the software to run and I couldn’t get to activation window.
Spent over an hour with intuit over the phone and they couldn’t fix the issue.
$70 and no software to use
I would not buy again…..

I found out about Big Home a few years ago, after always purchasing from Costco, which always had the best price, so I was a little lury. Tried them, and everything worked out. Been using them 2 years now for Turbo Tax Program. No issues, would highly recommend

I ordered H & R Block software in November 2024 and all seemed ok, but when I tried to e file in April, 2025, H & R Block software gave me an error message that all five of my e filings were used up. Since this was my first e filing, this pointed duplicate sales of the same licensed software by Big Home Tax. I wrote to them , but have not heard back from them. I think that I got scammed.

They sold me a fraudulent copy of TurboTax. Terrible experience-it took a lot of troubleshooting to figure out what the errors meant.

No troubles, no hidden fees... received software link & key immediately

I ordered home and business but got premier personal.

This company is a scammer. They sell fake TurboTax license keys that do not work.

Purchase of the Home and Business Version of Turbo Tax was a snap. Downloaded the product, installed and registered without a hitch. Best part was pricing of the product. Deep search showed that this was the best price possible.

Great prices on tax software, fast (almost instant) digital delivery, and great customer service support. Really a great experience doing business with them.

Activation code for Turbo Tax was invalid. I sent an email and received no response. They do not talk to you on the phone - messages only. I have no cell phone and no time to wait (April 15 is less than a week away).

Software that's affordable, highly reccomend.

Simple and intuitive order process, quick access to download, and best legitimate price on the web for turbotax software. Will definitely shop here again!

Worked great. Immediately got the registration code for TurboTax and no issues at all downloading or installing it. Much better price than anywhere else.

I will probably use this company again next year to get a 'discounted price' on my TurboTax software. I've used TurboTax for about 20 years now so I'm familiar with it. You get the exact same program, but don't pay as much because there is no actual disc. I had immediate access to the program, no issues with the download or activation code. I am so satisfied that I will recommend this company to others (if they ask me where I got my software!)

2nd year using this company. 1st year I had to text the company for new activation code. They replied within minutes. I have no problem this year. I would buy from them again next year since their price is the cheapest.

Prices are great and I get my key rigth away. Love the service.

Best price I can find, instant license code delivered and working.

Purchased turbo tax software license code was deactivated making product totally useless

As much as it troubles me to say I believe this company is a fraud. The coupon code for federal free e-file no longer had validity in that it had been used too many times already. This company is not reliable.
