Big Padlock Reviews

Such helpful people. Nothing was too much bother and great explanation about how it all works.

A stress free process that made our house move just a bit easier. Easy to organise and excellent facility. Highly recommend, staff are friendly and efficient. Would use again in a heartbeat.

The staff were very helpful at the beginning and end of our use of the storage locker. Easy process and great 24hr access and equipment to move everything.

Great service throughout our time with Big Padlock, especially from Dennis who nothing was too much trouble. Only left as not needed anymore

Carole and Dennis are amazing staff and always very helpful and cheerful

The staff were very friendly and helpful and got me sorted out with what I needed

Booked a storage container for two months at the Aintree site following a sudden bereavement. Staff there are so helpful. Being open 6 days per week was a bonus. The storage units are clean and secure and the whole site is well run. We dealt with Jackie throughout who is an asset to the company.

My initial call was a good experience and then Dennis on the front desk was helpful and supportive......read reviews and think that my initial experience is 5 star

Annelize at the Ayr branch so helpful.
Took out a self storage unit for a year and will park our motorhome on site when a plot becomes vacant.
The storage unit is excellent with easy access and trolleys even provided.
Great service. thank you Annelize.

Efficient service , great facility

Booking simple and ran smoothly. Staff very friendly and helpful.

So far so good. We were advised re size required. Simple process. Convenient access. Also great that you only pay for the length of time it is used, so initially you pay for a month, but if you don't need the whole month, unused days are refunded.

The staff are fantastic.Very helpful and accommodating.
