I have a few Big Potato Games and they are all really fun. I like that they are doing more plastic free games and their socials seem pretty on it.

Ich habe im Juni ein Spiel bestellt und zusätzlich zum Spiel noch 10€ Versand bezahlt. Nach einem Monat habe ich dann gefragt wo das Spiel ist und mir wurde gesagt, dass es leider nicht geschickt werden kann und ich mein Geld zurück bekomme und eine andere Version des Spiels gratis dazu kriege. Ich habe zugestimmt und via E-Mail versichert bekommen, dass das Geld und das Spiel bald bei mir eintreffen würden. Nach einem weiteren Monat habe ich dann nochmal geschrieben, da ich nur den Geldbetrag des Spiels zurück bekommen habe und nicht den Versand und auch noch kein Spiel angekommen ist. Mir wurde wieder versichert, dass das Spiel bald kommt und auch das Geld bald überwiesen wird. Bis heute Oktober habe ich beides noch nicht erhalten und werde auch dort nie mehr etwas bestellen, da einfach kein verlass auf die Firma ist und immer nur leere Versprechungen gemacht wurden. Falls man also überlegt sich ein Spiel direkt über die Website zu bestellen rate ich komplett davon ab. Wenn ich könnte würde ich keinen Stern geben.

I’ve ordered from them before and customer services have been really good when reaching out for enquiries. This review is based on my latest experience.

My package hasn’t turned up. The courier company (Yodel) don’t know where it is, and made some excuse about a shortage of drivers which has resulted in issues with loading vans. I’ve reached out to Big Potato Customer services, but I’ve had no response. I’m really surprised as they did used to be really responsive.

If you’re reading this Big Potato CS, you make the choice of courier, so you should take responsibility when things go wrong. A help email is no use when it is impossible to get a response from you.

Update : Day 3 waiting for this lost package, and still no response from their customer services. But yet they can send me 2 marketing emails a day.

A further update: I eventually received the package, although there was no assistance from their customer service team. The package had been 'lost' and was rerouted back to the depot 2 days later, despite Yodel telling me it was out for delivery each of those two days and if there was an issue, I needed to get in touch with the retailer. I do understand that delivery issues can happen, but usually the courier will only engage with the sender of the item when there is an issue, and that is the problem here. BP did not respond to my enquiries for help.

Trustpilot have asked me to provide details of my order to verify my purchase, otherwise my review will be removed. I have provided the details as I have no issue with relating my personal experience with this seller.

Further update - I have today received an email from customer services advising that due to an issue with their email filters, my emails to customer services had been missed.
Completely understandable as these things happen, and fair play to them, they did reach out and apologise. They explained what had happened and responded to each of my emails that I had sent. They didn’t have to as it has been a while and I have received the goods, but I’m really grateful that they did and have made an effort to resolve this.
It has restored my faith in the company as my previous experiences with them have been very good.
When CS eventually did get in touch, I can’t fault them for how they have handled the issue. Thank you.
My rating now reflects my last experience with them.

Ordered two games and one arrived perfect the other was already open and the box damaged. Have sent multiple messages through website contact form but no reply. Love their games but will seriously have to think about it before ordering from them direct again. If all had arrived safe or had spoken to customer services in the week since I reported the issue would eaily be 5 stars for price and how fun the games are for families

Bought a few games from here (both from shops in general and directly from the website) plus the jigsaws. I'd put them away for Christmas, so we've since been playing the games as a family. All novel, all enjoyable. The company seem great and very likeable, they kept me updated and the items arrived quickly.

I bought the game the Chameleon but when I came home I found out pieces were missing. I emailed the company and they immediately offered to send me out a new game. I am very exited to play it and want to say thank you to Big Potato Games, Kenna, and Kia (two workers) for helping get this sorted out.

Quick and efficient service, items arrived in perfect time and in perfect condition. After seeing games on TikTok I just had to get my order in! They are Christmas gifts and I can't wait for my family and friends to receive them!

As a family we are really enjoying: P is for pizza and What came first. The products are quality items, holding up well with use and we got quick delivery. We purchased Muffin Time as well but as yet its not been played much due to how much enjoyment we are having already. Will definitely order more games from Big Potato games in the future.

Bought Herd Mentality, which was universally loved by all the family, however, the youngest got a bit excited and the Squeezy Pink Cow lost a leg in the ensuing melee. Contacted Big Potato and they were straight on it to sort out a replacement. Wonderful customer service which was a breath of fresh air! Thank you Kenna

Big potato’s customer service has been nothing short of excellent! Not only are the my quick and polite but they go out of their way to resolve things. Yodel have messed up the delivery but team Tato have come to the rescue.

Big Potato has some great board games and they also have really cool plushies of their potato mascots

Already own Colour Brain which was our first game from Big Potato 🥔 , really different game! Then What Came First, again really quirky & makes you think! Have played Obama Lama & Mr Lister online too, which were fun family games during lockdown. Then purchased directly with Big Potato 🥔 , The Muddles, P for Pizza 🍕 & Dino Dump 🦕 💩! All three are great in different ways.....Dino is the best of these three....really competitive & fast! Muddles is crazy and you can be really sneaky! P for Pizza 🍕 is again a speedy, non tiled, foodie version hybrid of scrabble & a mental thesaurus game?!?!

Next purchase will be Muffin Time....can’t wait!

Such a wonderful company. Games are great fun and easy to play, I take the smaller ones like dino dump and Obama Llama everywhere and people always love them! I love their whole vibe - so fun! And they offer free replacement parts etc, customer service is really good. 5 stars :)

Amazing brand and amazing support
Great collection of games to buy from their website, usually posted out same day for next or day after delivery service, and usually at a more reasonable price than other game companies. Free replacement parts is a great feature as well.
