Excellent service! Ordered a game for my friend's birthday. Unfortunately, due to issues with the courier it didn't arrive on time. I contacted big potato and they immediately sent the item out again with an additional special gift. My friend loves the game and I was very impressed with their response. I will buy from them again.

Recommended, amazing execution.
At first, I was reluctant to order the game because I did not have full details on how the delivery will happen (UK to EU), but then I took the leap. And I am sure happy that I did. The games they provide are amazing. 100% recommended!

Excellent service, games sent out super quick. One game box was slightly scuffed and open, Customer Services were excellent and shipped us a brand new straight away. Really impressed, games are great quality, fun to play, will be back for more! Thanks Big Potato :)

Bought a gam for my dad for Christmas and the delivery was missed and left out in the rain for a few days. The team very kindly sent out a replacement and everyone I dealt with was extremely professional and helpful. Will definitely be buying from them again.

I saw the games I wanted on Amazon but didn’t want to go that route so looked up the Potato Company and found the buying experience easy and the online videos really helpful. They were delivered quickly and I’m really glad I bought direct.

Some of the most entertaining and fun board games ever! I have a few Big Potato games already but recently ordered a couple more, getting ready for Christmas. Can’t wait to play them. Big Potato games can usually be played by a variety of ages, which is really great for family gatherings. The delivery is always really quick as well. I’m hoping to own the full collection of games one day!

After ordering two games I eagerly…
After ordering two games I eagerly anticipated there arrival , unfortunately the delivery company left the parcels in my back garden exposed to rain and they were in a soggy mess. I contacted big potato games by email and explained the situation. I was contacted back promptly with a lovely apology and was promised replacements by the end of the week .... two days later they arrived . Excellent customer service . I’m an extremely pleased customer and wouldn’t hesitate to use again . Thankyou x
