I have now been collaborating for many years with BigTranslation as a freelance translator and it has so far been an excellent experience. Throughout the years they never failed me, providing a constant workflow, generous deadlines and a very efficient communication. The project managers are incredibly kind, professional and helpful. Questions and doubts regarding projects are well received (or even encouraged) and answered with kindness and care. Another big advantage is the fast and reliable invoicing process. That is actually a true gem in this sector. I really can't recommend them enough.
