It was very quick and easy to swap my daughter’s balance bike for her first pedal bike. The quality of both bikes is great, and I selected and received the new bike very quickly. I also love that the bikes are reused.

My granddaughter was interested in a particular bike which, although listed on the website, turned out not to be available. I had a friendly message from the Club saying they would let me know if a new one came in but, in the event, we decided to order another model. Having done so we had another message to say that our original choice was now available and did we want to amend our order. We did and the new bike arrived in good shape on the appointed day. One happy granddaughter thanks to the excellent personal service. A word too about the finance department who kept me fully informed about the pause on my existing direct debit and the new charges: very efficient, thank you

This is a great service and it's a good company that listens to its customers and helps wherever it can. The bikes are good quality. My daughter was struggling to learn to ride on a bike we had been given by a friend that had been a cheap new one from a big chain. The first day she got her frog bike we spent half an hour in a little slope and that was it, she could ride.

This is a very expensive way to borrow a second hand bike. Please do your research and look elsewhere as after paying the equivalent of RRP we still have to pay £35 just to return the bike. Advertising years ago stated that we could keep the bike after a certain amount of months, this has changed and apparently was hidden in the terms and conditions. I don’t understand why anyone would want to borrow a second hand bike at this cost. Please take this as a warning and buy a second hand bike, selling it on would recoup the costs while we have nothing to show over £300 on. Very expensive and disappointing lesson.

Authentic robbers. I have been a customer for many years. I had a bike after 36 monthly payments, you can own. I had another bike and that second bike after 30 months they said that this bike I cannot own, the reason, they have changed the program of renting bikes without letting me know. The worst is that now they charge £35 to return! (That amount was not said preciously) So basically, an ALREADY USED bike that i rented with them for 30 months + returns, will be +£360

Never again this company

Absolutely brilliant and afforable scheme when you have ever growing children.
I wish I knew about when my older child was younger.
I have just completed my first upgrade and return. The process was simple and straight forward.
Would highly recommend.

Always been excellent in the few years I've been using them for my sons bikes. The exchanging process (which has been on average 2 times a year now!) has always been smooth, and the bikes are just great. Highly recommend.

Excellent idea to get everyone access to cycling without the huge costs. Seamless exchange process will use bike club as long as possible.

Great customer service.

I’ve used bike club for a while now and was happy with it at first but now I’ve come to return it I’m really disappointed to see it’s £35 to return a bike. I want to return two which would work out to be really expensive. In hindsight it definitely would have been a lot cheaper to buy a bike instead of spending so much on bike club.

If you ask anybody who never rented a bike to imagine a bike rental service, the way they would describe it is how the Bike Club works - you get exactly what you order and it gets delivered on time. No extras needed, as these simple service things are hard to achieve nowadays, given what we see around us. Good bike, timely delivery, easy to start riding - my daughter loves it. Thanks guys, and keep it up, it’s worth it.

Subscribing with bike club has been brilliant so far, we’ve had bikes for all three of our children for the last couple of years and it’s great to be able to easily switch them up to the next size when they are ready without worrying about a big cost outlay while knowing they’ll be riding a great bike!

Bike club make the delivery and collection process super easy. I’d highly recommend and can see us using for years to come!

Fantastic bike service. My child transitioned from a balance bike to a pedal bike very quickly and easily with Bike Club. The bikes are light weight and look very nice. I had to change an order and Bike Club was very fast to respond to my request and dealt with it straight away. Brilliant company, I recommend to everyone to use the Bike Club.

My little boy was changing over from his balance bike to a “big boys bike” and wow. It has changed his whole little life he cycles every day to school and back.
I can honestly say hand on heart this is one of the best things I have ever done for my children. The bike club has made a huge impact on my sons cycle journey.

Great idea!! We got our sons first bike just under 2 years ago from Bike Club which was a really simple process. We were ready to size up so went on the website chose a bike and a delivery day and bike club sorted the rest! The delivery driver took the old bike away and delivered the new one at the same time! So easy and great to think we didn't have a bike to get rid of each time they are outgrown! We chose the rebike option and a perfectly servicable bike with a couple of tiny scuffs appeared (which of course my son didn't even notice!)all ready for adventure! Great service from start to finish. We will continue to use Bike club in the future, recycling the easy way!

Easy, fast and convenient.

Really terrible experience so far - our first bike was due to arrive a week ago. It hasn’t arrived and I’ve sent the company 2 emails. I’ve heard absolutely nothing back and there doesn’t seem to be another way to contact them. No social media for the last year. I’m starting to question whether it’s a scam or not
