Great bike clothing and accessories shop, Pierre very knowledgeable on products and extremely helpful, helped us select a jacket from a maze of options! I would highly recommend the shop, speak to Pierre and he will be able to sort you out. Not forgetting the on-site cafe, great selection of sandwiches, cakes, pastries etc. Well worth a visit, you won't be disappointed!

Long time lurker of this shop but having got back into the bike scene I needed to update a few things, so popped in on a Saturday lunchtime, busy shop but was served by Pierre we talked about what I needed then openly talked about pricing so we were both on the same level, long story short I bought a par of TCX Hero WP boots that I was very happy with, Pierre I will be back so keep that Merlin jacket aside for me. Thanks for your help, nothing was too much bother and its really appreciated.

I bought new Daniese boots today at Bike Stop. The advice offered by Pierre was excellent in helping me pick the boots for me. No hard selling which was refreshing, just good old down-to-earth honest advice. Excellent, highly recommended.

Pierre was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and took time to understand my requirements.

Came in today with my 17 year old son, he needed to be fully kitted out, Martin Short was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He listened to our requirements and answered all our questions. As a parent I came away very reassured and with a very happy teenager.

I was served by Pierre today and was a great experience - very knowledgable and lots of personal experience with the Kriega packs I was looking at meaning I ended up getting a different pack to what I'd originally looked at but a better option in the end - also just a nice conversation about bikes, commuting and insurance as well!

I bought an RST Saber jacket at a great price and had some good advice from the salesman Martin Short.

Pierre was really helpful and importantly very very knowledgeable. There wasn’t a question I asked that he did not immediately know the answer to. He took time to go through everything with me and I did not feel pressured or rushed into making a decision.

I was helped by Cameron via the phone and email who was friendly, and personable and he made sure I had all the information I needed to make my purchase.

I went into the store to pick up the items and was greeted by my name by Martin (who had never met or seen me before!) What a lovely touch... the excellent communication between the staff members made this whole experience really professional and seamless!

Stopped for a coffee and sandwich in their cafe before heading off... both were excellent along with the friendly vibe between all the customers and staff!

I visited bikestop on Sunday November 6th to look for a new winter jacket as my current one had started to leak. I ride all year round so I needed a good waterproof jacket. The shop has a vast array of clothing so I needed some advice this was provided by Martin Short who certainly knows his stuff he answered all of my questions and more and helped me choose an excellent Gortex jacket which I’m very pleased with so I’d like to thank Martin for his very knowledgeable advice and his assistance in helping choose a new jacket

Returning customer to Bikestop. Enquired about Shoei Neotec II over the phone. Great advice given, stock levels checked, I travelled an hour to the shop (passing competitiors on the way) and was able to try the Neotec II and Schuberth equivalent. Ample time given to test for comfort etc. Fit checked. No rush. Ended up purchasing the Neotec II, full explanation of how to maintain etc given. Pinlock fitted for me as well :-) Everytime I've shopped at Bikestop, I walk away knowing the purchase was the correct one and the advice has always been spot on. Great atmosphere and staff, many thanks to M Short for his help. I'll be returning to add bluetooth comms my Neotec in the near future.

The staff were very helpful and Pierre ever went the extra mile and checked with his own jacket that the armour fit.
