Good choice of hampers and easy payment very good customer support this is the third time we have ordered from them

The company are great quick delivery very helpful if I have had a problem

I ordered the wouster gold meat hamper and the cupboard hamper with the turkey crown and I also order a large batery powered car for our daughter and Nintendo switch for our youngest son. Bilco kept me up to date when deliveries was due of the console as well as my main hampers and the cars staff are so helpful as I thought the car came by courier and not with the hampers when I rang bilco up they was so helpful and explain to me the bigger boxed item come with the meat hamper I was so relived it saved me stressing lot at Christmas

Knowing I didn't have to stand in supermarket ques for my grocery's and have what I need delivers direct to my door was the best feeling ever when I had so much to do

Bilco were on hand everyday with any questions I had and I'd a fast response and knowing my orders are protected with payments helps.

I highly recommend this company to all for hampers and gifts -they even delivers early to the Scottish Highlands for free which is a bonus!

I've now ordered the same for next Xmas 2024 complete Xmas and combi hampers which has everything including my new yr drink -i can't wait !

We had great service from Bilco and had lovely hampers although there was items that my family don't like but I will be ordering again because it wasn't such a mad rush to get shopping done this year and no queuing which to me is a bonus

It good I make weekly payments when I receive my hampers there was loads
I didn’t think I would have room in the freezer
It not expensive it helps

I saved with Bilco for the first time for Christmas 23.
I have already ordered for Christmas 24!
I liked the ability to purchase everything I needed in advance and pay for it over the year.
It was a quick and easy ordering system online and I chose the payment date that worked best for me.
Delivery was as advised and the delivery driver was a nice, friendly person.
My only small comment would be to possibly have email updates, once ordered it goes very silent and I am a worrier lol.
This year I won't be as worried as I know the system!

This is the 1st time. With this Xmas hamper

They are a great Christmas savings club they do everything from food hampers to alcohol hampers to kids toys the customer care team are excellent the delivery team are superb they text you when they are going to deliver 10 out of 10

Wouldn’t rate them one star but trustpilot made me save money and go elsewhere this company is disgusting no phone call to arrange delivery had to chase this up was hour late then arrived wet and with broken glass in also not worth more the 50 pound yet cost me over 550 for them cheap stuff won’t feed us and out of date food and hardly any sweets manager Glen refused to collect and refund me or help and was extremely rude so disappointed, sent all info and photos and haven’t replaced box yet to receive any refund for it leave me and the children with no Xmas hamper for Xmas! Please refund me and I will amend my review , ps I’ve both lists of what’s in the hamper that yous provided and it’s not 101 items at all!
