The hamper is a lot more expensive this time round then last year and my last year delivery was very short notice and I didn’t receive a phone call to arrange delivery or time slot the hamper it’s was ok

We are really sorry that you were not contacted regarding your delivery slot. We do ask our delivery partners to either text or call 3 days before delivery to let you know when your hampers will be delivered. We did send out emails informing everyone that the deliveries will be taking place between certain dates but sometimes these emails drop into your junk folder.
In regards to the price unfortunately everything has increased in price from the electricity for our freezers which has doubled, to the products that go into the hampers and even the delivery costs that we have to pay. I can see however that you have ordered the Christmas Combo again this year, I'm not sure if you're aware that you actually get 7 hampers in this bundle this year instead of the 6 you got last year.

CONSTANT BARRAGE OF SPAM EMAILS
Process was easy enough but what i cannot be doing us the constant crap being emailed out your my address same stuff each time, I HAVE PLACED MY ORDER MY PAYMENT PLAN IS SET UP. THAT'S ALL THAT NEEDS TO BE THE CASE NO POINT TELLING ME AFTER PAYING £60 FIRST PAYMENT THAT I COULD HAVE PAID £10.00. THAT'S JUST MAKING GIVING GLOWING REVIEWS NOT HAPPENING!

Thank you for your review, although 3 stars is a bit misleading. The emails you get are not spam they are sent out to everyone that has registered to our site. If you do not want to receive emails from us then simply unregister and they will stop. Also you mentioned that you paid a £60 first payment, can you please email us on mail@bilcodirect.co.uk so we can discuss this with you further as no one has been charged a £60 first payment.

Because it saves me buying a lot of Christmas food when I can just get it all from your amazing hampers because its always mad rushes at the supermarkets when you can't concentrate what you want to get when everything is all in your hamper its a good value for money I think which is worth it

I shared the hamper with my brother and what was left we donated to a food bank to help out other families, my brother has placed an order for a hamper from you for Christmas this year, I haven't ordered hamper this year but went for toys instead, will order again

Amazing company
2nd year ordering from bilco. Customer service staff are polite and helpful. Plus its great to pay monthly, spreading the cost. The food hampers came just before Christmas so all nice and fresh.
