I've played a number of similar sites and this is by far the best. The payouts are done on a reasonable basis. The daily bonus slots are terrific and the help desk is very responsive and efficient.
I've been looking for a new place to play so I tried bingomania with the 30.00 nd bonus and have won a little. Then I tried to deposit to be able to cash out, only to find out that none of my winnings... Toon meer

Hi JP,
Thank you for sharing your concerns. We’re truly sorry to hear that your recent experience has felt frustrating. We understand how discouraging it can be when it seems like wins are harder to come by, especially if you’ve noticed a change from what you experienced before.
We want to be clear that nothing has changed behind the scenes that affects a player’s chances of winning. All of our games continue to run on certified random number generators, and outcomes are not adjusted based on time, play history, or recent results. That said, short periods of play can sometimes feel particularly unlucky, which can understandably lead to this impression.
Your feedback is important to us, and we would appreciate the opportunity to review your experience more closely. If you’re open to it, please reach out to us at vip@bingomania.com with your username and any details you’d like to share, and we will be happy to take a closer look.
Thank you again for taking the time to speak up. We genuinely value hearing from our players, even when the experience hasn’t been what you hoped for.

I did my payout through Bitcoin
I did my payout through Bitcoin. I'll use Bitcoin from now on. The process was easily done from home. It went to my Bitcoin and I sold my Bitcoin and it went straight to my cash app card. Easily done.

I have been with Bingomania for over 20 years
I have been with Bingomania for over twenty years and never had an issue with depositing or withdrawing. I like the daily free spins to start my morning. I love the slots and the bingo games, but the interactions with other players and the host are the best. I'm 81 years old and this keeps me entertained. I have tried other sites but overall Bingomania is the best.

I have been playing BingoMania for…
I have been playing BingoMania for approximately 9 plus years. It has been a way to pass time, a way to gather a few dollars when I'm broke & a way to just try to strategies. I have never really had any issues with them that I was not able to resolve. I tell all my family & friends about BingoMania just because I enjoy playing them that much. The games are bright & colorful, they are fun to play & they PayOut decently. Nobody can ever talk bad about BingoMania to me because I would disagree with them til the wheels fell off! Thanks for being the best BingoMania!!!

Hi there Julie! Sorry to hear you are having trouble signing in to the website. If you could provide your account ID or alias our VIP manager will look in to it right away and help you out. You would still be in time to claim the free spins as they are valid until Dec 1 :-)

Great casino, no ridiculous playthrough requirements and tons of free spins .

Wishing and hoping will not make it so....but you have a chance. You have to play within your means & have fun. Join the chat games..the GM's are there to help you earn bbs to extend your play with different games. I've see many jackpots won, big wins, small wins, & contests. Great bonuses are plentiful. Slots are fun. Just find your way around slowly & enjoy!!
