Review zonder uitnodiging
Day 9 after ordering and my package…
I originally gave a 3 star review due to my package still not arriving after 9 days and still no estimated arrival. The supplier replied to my review and made some good points. They did get my label made and package sent to carrier in a respectful time. I looked at my past orders from other vendors and it appears all of them had 2-4 day shipping for free (I believe I paid more for my orders with those vendors than I have with this (small order), so fast free shipping was probably included). Thank you for the quick clarification and am looking forward to the product arriving.

This review is unfair in numerous ways. 1) As the company we did everything in our part, we provided free shipping, gave you free bac water in your order and shipped your order same day. 2) You never emailed us about any updates or issues you may have had, so we had no idea you were feeling this way. 3) There are other shipping options you could have payed for that are way faster, but you opted for the free USPS shipping. 4)This company is growing and we are trying our best to give people the absolute best service we can but we can not read minds and with lack of communication we are unable to help.
