I was delighted with my black Luna stove purchased December 2025 but the paint has started to crack and a significant sign of buckling has appeared already after less than 3 months. Expensive purchase and expected much better quality and customer service, zero refund, replacement or compensation has been offered.

AVOID!

We had been debating a fireplace for our open-plan living room for over a year. We didn't have a chimney, and the thought of a messy, expensive renovation to install a gas unit was not appealing. We took the plunge on an automatic bioethanol fireplace, and I can honestly say it’s the best home improvement decision we ever made.
​Installation was incredibly simple. Because it’s flueless, our contractor just built a recessed, fire-rated cavity into our feature wall, and the unit just dropped right in. The minimalist, black steel finish looks incredibly modern and luxurious, even when it’s not lit. Thank you, Bio Fires, for all your excellent advice and customer service.

I had been searching for ages for the right fire, and electric ones just looked too fake. My wall was pretty bare, so I wanted something that gave off heat and looked good. So glad I went for the Bio Fire Cylinder! It's sleek and modern, and the fake flue makes it feel like a real fire, not just decoration. It fits my space perfectly, adding warmth and style. The heat is just right for a cozy feel. Plus, the customer service was amazing – super helpful and made everything easy. Seriously happy with this purchase and would definitely recommend Bio Fires

Lovely scent, fast service and very friendly staff.

We purchased our first Biofire from Biofires.com in January 2026.

Their customer service was superb and we were kept fully updated with our order even to the point that they phoned us to arrange delivery on a date that suited us.

The slimline stove that we purchased is very well made and sturdy and finished to an exceptional standard.

The real flame is now the focal point for our room and the heat from the fire is excellent.

Provided stove door hinge broke on the first time of opening. Pursuing full refund from credit card as when items where returned I was unexpectedly charged for the return.

Since I live far from London and couldn’t visit the showroom, I had a virtual appointment with BioFires. This was incredibly helpful! It felt just like visiting the showroom, with a chance to see the realistic flame close up and logs and not just professional photos on a website! The session was well-organized, and afterwards I could make an informed decision. Highly recommended!

Positioned the Zen fireplace in our open plan lounge…really looks the part with our various Asian pics. Not a huge amount of heat - but enough….
Looks fantastic lit and still beautiful unlit - really completes the space. Lots of admiring comments from visitors. Very pleased.

Recently ordered some Aura oil (No.1 Blazing Wood Fire) for my new Bioethanol stove. Fabulous product and superb service from BioFires. The smell is amazing and I’m excited to add to my collection of Aura Oils. Customer service at Biofires is excellent. Staff are knowledgeable, helpful and extremely friendly. I'm absolutely over the moon with the bio fuel fire I just got. So easy to set up, easy to light and the heat it generates is amazing. No smell, smoke or fumes and no detriment to the environment. I would recommend them to everyone
who is looking for alternative ways to heat a room.

We have the slimline stove and Biofires have been amazing. Great customer service, speedy delivery. What’s great is that it’s so easy to use straight out the box. Really impressed with how hot the fire gets too, it really warms the room up, plus looks good as well. Highly recommend to anyone thinking about getting one.

Just received my Windsor grate & it’s absolutely fantastic ! Definitely worth the price . I initially bought it for the aesthetic but to my surprise, it’s doing an amazing job heating our living room too -exactly what we needed . Enjoying a roaring fire & loving every bit of it ! The customer service was great as well really helpful & responsive . Such a wonderful product . I know it’s a bit early with Spring here & Summer around the corner but I couldn’t resist getting ready for the colder months ahead !

I recently bought a cylinder ethanol fire which is stunning to look at. A week after using for a short time noticed scorched marks which has resulted in very noticeable damage. I contacted Biofires for advice who closed my enquiry down advising I must be an airflow problem & that I could consider buying oven paint from B&Q to spray the area. I would have been more than willing to sort something out although due to very poor/shocking customer service I am seeking to take this further. AVOID.

Received a call to confirm delivery but only part of the delivery arrived when it was supposed to. Couldn’t get an answer when rang so messaged on social media to chase up where the missing items were, no response even though they read my messages. Shocking customer service and not great first impression as first time customer
