Their products are genuinely good.

Would have rated them 0 stars if that had been an option. I placed an order on March 15. Got an email the next day saying it had shipped, along with a tracking number. I kept checking the shipment and as of March 21, it was supposedly with the carrier. I kept calling and was told that I would receive my products in a week. It never happened. I called back and only get voicemail. I reached out to my credit card company and they did an inquiry and I got an email from Biogetica this morning saying my order was "unsuccessful" because of an issue with my credit card. There is no issue with my credit card. This is a scam.

Haven't received the products yet. Sent a tracking number but it's been almost a month without any movement. After the first tracking number they've not responded to any further messages. I'm about to report it as a scan to my bank.

BEWARE purchasing anything from this company. I ordered the Freedom Kit With Detox Formula and online price is $89.00. Instead of that, I got two bottles of Livosolve and two bottles of Cleansing mix; NO Detoxym and charged $154.00.

I've been ordering from Biogetica for years and spent thousands of dollars. I placed an order and it didn't ship, when they finally got the issue resolved, I had order something else from another company. I told them I could no longer afford the herbs. They said they would refund my money but never did. It's been probably 6 months. THEY KEEP AND REFUSE TO RETURN MY $257.00 THEY ARE THEIVES AND LIARS. I'VE BEG AND CRIED and PLEADED. I'm retired now and losing this money caused me a great hardship

The products are insanely good and its the only medical firm that combines all medicine systems including supplements, global herbs, mushrooms and Homeopathy.
They have become are go to for any health issue. We take reginmune, pranavita green, immunofree on the daily. My husband has managed his cholesterol, sugar and blood pressure with cholesolve, reguline and bipsolve.
If the kids get the sniffles or sneeze we use reginmune and if they ask for candy its most likely a Biogetica vegan gummy

Biogetica has always been my best natural solution when it comes to many health issues I’ve tried to heal in many different ways. I found Biogetica when I was in my worst state . I tried everything to cure my immunity . Nothing worked . When I found Biogetica I haven’t gone back to any other remedy as it’s always been the best solution to my immune issues. As soon as I get a slight indication to my immunity going down , I use Immunofree and Regimmune and I am back to normal.

ordered products from Biogetica in September last year, and to this day, I have never received anything. Despite multiple attempts to contact them, they rarely respond. The only reply I received was months ago, claiming they would issue a refund, which has never been processed.

This experience has been incredibly frustrating and feels like a scam. They took my money and delivered absolutely nothing. I would strongly caution others against ordering from this company until they show they can fulfill orders and treat customers with honesty and respect.

This company is an absolute scam. Do not purchase from them. We paid US187 ($280 AUD) for natural ADHD tablets over a month ago. They have refused to send tracking details. I’ve called on numerous occasions and they have then directed my call to voicemail. I’ve called from a different number and they answered and then said they were on lunch and then hung up. It’s not an American company - it’s Indian. Save your money and avoid this site completely
