Possible scam, be careful!!!
It's been over a week and I've still not received my test kit but money has been taken. A consultation is an extra £20 when it should be included and mandatory before any HRT is delivered or kit provided. I believe this could well be a cash/cow scam much like most things on social media.

The initial £29.99 Tasso blood test is a screening test to identify whether further assessment may be appropriate. In line with BSSM guidelines, two separate testosterone blood tests are required before treatment can be considered, so the first test is not intended to provide a diagnosis on its own. If your initial results indicate you may be eligible, you can choose to proceed with a more comprehensive blood test.
Once those results are received, an initial consultation is booked. This process helps avoid unnecessary costs for patients who are not eligible for treatment.

I took a blood test ,then recivied an email telling me to phone for the results ,then a further email telling me i need another more comprehensive blood test ,all i want is the results ,seems like a bit of a con ,PS just found out this is a scam ,a total scam do not send them your £29.99 you get nothing but a request for more money £150.00 scam scam scam

Avoid like the plague
Firstly this is my third quarter of Testesterone replacement and HRT
Not working very well and had a blood test and they never bothered with the appointment for my consultation
They take the money for your next prescription without speaking to you as they keep your full card details on file
My experience has been awful very expensive with little to no benefit
Like I stated take your money without any consultation and then don’t follow up with booked appointments and to add insult didn’t send out the HRT tablets I have paid for and I’ve phoned twice regarding this
Would advise to avoid at all costs as the treatment is awful

From my first call with Lisa I was…
From my first call with Lisa I was blown away with how empathetic and helpful she has been. I had a somewhat long and anxious wait before I was able to have my test due to person reasons but Lisa was on hand to answer all my emails.
She arranged my blood tests that were effortless and got the results the very next day.
The appointment to review my results with Dr.Glazebrook was so informative and thorough and again she was so empathetic. Everything was explained to me easily and Lisa jumped on the call at the end.
I can’t wait to start my HRT and the way the ongoing support is mapped out is so reassuring knowing when you’ll be speaking to each person.
I can’t rate the team enough!

Just do it
The experience is excellent, they have always done what they said. Professional for making appointments, and friendly staff talk you through everything. The medication is working great, is always well packaged and labeled. Blood tests are always programmed in so you know what you are doing. Medication has always been ok to take on holiday in my hand luggage.I started with symptoms at 45, had a hysterectomy at 49, now 57 my GP would not offer testosterone and it turns out now I need more testosterone (female) than oestrogen. Feeling much more like my old self. Don’t think about it just do it would be my recommendation. Don’t waste those years.

I would recommend Bio ID to anyone who is experiencing menopausal symptoms and want to find their old self again. Jennifer Wilson and the Bio ID team are amazing the support they offer is outstanding. I have only been using the medication a short time and amazed how much better I feel - no more night sweats and headaches and migraines have improved. I truly feel I have my life back.
I was apprehensive to try due to costs, but so glad I did, as I feel like me again.

Always great communication and I ask lots of questions and they send someone to my house to take my bloods and they monitor me completely, I’m a busy director and don’t have time to chase results and so this company think for me perfect in my case highly recommend this service

Pretty good, so far.
Did a testosterone test at £29.99, then got told the need to do a more in-depth test to check cholesterol and others for £150. However, I had sone of these tests done by NHS last week as prep for an op in July, so it turned out at £99 instead.

Scam!
I've just been sent my 'results' from a test I understood was to tell me about my testosterone levels, and all they tell me is that I need another, more comprehensive test costing an extra £150! What a scam! Avoid this company.
After your reply - maybe you should make that clearer in your ads for this! It's completely misleading and manipulative. If you think I'm going to waste more money on a company that isn't completely transparent, you're very wrong.

If i could give them less than 1 i would. Have written about this company a few times but i am so disgusted with the treatment received and now it worse. I sent 5 emails to them and lorraine russell telling them my meds werent working,i havent had the blood tests or consultations i was entitled to, so i wanted to cancel. They said i couldnt cancel without a proper exit interview, which i have next week. Todayi see though that theyve taken another £400 out my account! Thats £1200 now ...2 lots of meds, 1 consultation and 1 blood test.please do not be fooled. Ive been left skint and feeling worse than before i started
