Shocking customer service
Still no response to let me know if you have looked into this a week later ??? Again customer service is shocking!! You say all the right things but action speak louder than words. I would expected someone from your company to at least have been in touch with me for an explanation and I would like to know why your company thinks I’m not entitled to a refund ?? I paid for the consultation I paid for the blood test I paid for the medication and have had to repeat the full process AGAIN and pay for it with a new Doctor due to your company’s incompetence! Can you please explain why you think I don’t deserve an explanation and a refund when in your PUBLIC answer you have said you will review the case!
Please be extremely careful with this company. While the product worked for me when it arrived it was not labelled to what I should be taking just had blank stickers on the bottles. Once I had made a payment with this company the response was always slow or sometimes I was ignored. Then I would be told my email went to spam (funny that never happened before you got paid) it was Nothing like the service I had before they got my money. I feel the customer service is terrible and they don’t care all they are interested in is getting a full payment for the year and then dont respond to emails. So much so I ran out of medication on holiday after asking serval times did I have enough for my holidays!! I was told yes I did but as suspected I ran out of cream on Xmas Eve. It was a nightmare. I’ve asked for a refund but have been told no! Following a further review, we confirm that your refund request was fully investigated in accordance with our refunds policy, details of which were provided to you at the time your request was submitted. I can confirm that all services covered by your payment have been provided, including blood testing, consultations, and prescriptions.
In line with our Terms and Conditions, once a private prescription has been dispensed and the medication dispatched, it is not eligible for return, exchange, or refund except in limited circumstances. This policy is consistent with the Human Medicines Regulations 2012, the professional standards of the General Pharmaceutical Council, and relevant health and safety regulations. Furthermore, under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, dispensed prescription medications are exempt from the right to cancel, as they are individually prescribed, unsuitable for return, and intended for human consumption. Refunds are therefore only considered in exceptional circumstances, such as where the medication supplied does not match the prescription, arrives damaged or defective, or where a dispensing or clinical error attributable to our service has occurred.
In light of the above, we confirm that all processes and procedures were followed correctly and in accordance with the treatment plan offered and agreed to within your signed consent form, which also confirms your understanding that dispensed prescriptions are non-refundable.

Considered switching to Biodhealth
Considered switching to Biodhealth. Had a good phone call with Chris from customer service, had an email response, about a week later I followed up with a couple of questions and have no response. I copied and resent the same email again. Again no response. I checked the reviews and several negative reviews at the exact same thing. A real shame as it had a good start.

I would highly recommend this service for anybody wondering about their hormonal health and related matters.
A blood test was arranged where a nurse came to my house and after a swift and efficient, pleasant exchange, the samples were taken. This was followed by a telephone video consultation with the lovely Dr. Jayne, who talked me through each of the results on the full blood panel taken and their implications, if any. I then opted to be referred to their Dr. Jodie Care who run through the options for prescriptions to remedy the needs exposed by my tests and backed by my symptoms.
I was sent by email a copy of the blood panel results and a copy of the options and payment plans for the prescriptions and future consultation packages. These were all very reasonable and explained so well. 
The bio identical nature of the products offered is very appealing to me.
I would strongly recommend these services.

Brilliant service with no pressure or obligation.
Very informative chat with the Dr/Nurse although quite a lot to take in. However there was help with any questions after the consultation that make everything clear.
There was no pressure after the call to commit or to see where I was with possibly purchasing.
Jodie was very understanding of my financial situation and there for once I decided.
I came back after getting clear results on an issue with my doctor and paid for the plan.

Getting my life back!
I contacted BIO ID Health as I was suffering with severe menopause symptoms and although though on standard HRT, I felt as though I was deteriorating. From initial consultation, blood test, medical appointment, treatment plan, receipt of medication - I have had a wonderful experience. I am now due for my first review after being on my medication for the past 10 weeks. I feel so much better and finally feel like I'm getting my symptoms under control and my life back!

Disappointing service
I signed up Nov but decided to cancel after further advice from my Gyne Consultant. My prescription arrived few weeks into December and I didn’t open the package. I rang to make an exit interview (which you have to do to cancel) 14/12/25 at that point and I was given a date of 14/1/26 then received a text to change the time. My appointment was yesterday, however, they then said it wasn’t a cancellation appointment it was just to catch up. They said yesterday that they would send me an appointment however I received an email confirming my prescription. I’m hoping this is not going to be a drawn out issue as they are so quick to arrange but not to cancel- just putting it out there to warn people

There was a miscommunication with the…
There was a miscommunication with the blood test. The website said at home blood test but then I got a phone call to say i had to go to a lab. I had to miss a few hours of work to go to the lab. Also I got an email from bioid saying I should have received my at home blood test(I never received at home blood test)to be sure and send the results back. Very confusing

Disappointing
I’ve been using the HRT hormones for 8 months and feel I’ve gone backwards.
The initial call and blood tests went well, the ladies all seemed lovely, one saying they’d be a coach and support. I’ve had none. I’d did one blood after taking it a few months to check my hormones. Changed slightly to add testosterone cream, but nothing since. They promise a huge amount and for the huge price tag not a lot of backup. I will be going back to my nhs patches, as I become all the things I was before. Tied, irritable but with more spots on my face, my husband said it isn’t worth the money, as he’s noticed the difference.
Ladies don’t waste your hard earned money. Very disappointing to say the least. Reading all the reviews that have 4 stars, they haven’t been using it expect for one. I’m going back to the doctor.

I turned to Bio Health after 2 years at least of struggling with the NHS for HRT. It was the best decision I made and I was happy to pay for it to feel better. From the moment I reached out I was met with kindness and understanding. Blood tests were arranged and I started with DHEA and Testosterone to supplement my existing 50mg patch. A further blood test given and I was offered Progesterone after safe monitoring.
1 year later and I feel like me again. My brain is operating, my sweats are a lot less and I am back to living again. Am only leaving the service as the NHS have eventually caught up and given me the HRT i need. But I will be back if I struggle again.

Useless
Useless, got one of their “discounted” testosterone blood test kits, posted my sample, next day got an email saying “ Due to my results” I had to buy another test at £150, total rip off.
** I have been contacted via email by BioID and asked to call ar have a call back to discuss my results. I have explained my situation and I’m happy to just see my results, I am capable of making an informed decision when I see them. I have had this test done before twice and received results via a link or email. I understand what the results mean. I have not received a response to my email reply. All I want is my results so I can see them for myself and take things from there. You haven’t offered me a copy of my results which I think I’m perfectly entitled to receive.

To clarify, this is not a sales-driven decision but a clinical safety and compliance requirement. When assessing testosterone and related hormones, it is often not medically appropriate or safe to prescribe based on a single blood result. In many cases, an initial screening test is followed by a more in-depth confirmatory test. This allows us to obtain two readings over time, assess patterns rather than a snapshot, and ensure any prescribing decisions are accurate, safe, and fully compliant with clinical governance standards.
The initial discounted test is designed as a screening tool, and where results indicate further investigation is required, additional testing is necessary before any treatment can be considered. This approach reduces risk, avoids inappropriate prescribing, and ultimately protects patient health.
We appreciate your feedback and recognise that clearer communication upfront can always help set expectations better. Patient safety will always come first in how we practise.
