Your delivery is very slow and un reliable no customer service contact no shown

I am not sure about the result but i put big money on it i need to know how can i know that in one session how many calories i burn ?

We're sorry you are unsure of how many calories you are burning in a session. We can assure you yo are burning calories in every session.
Our customer use wearable fitness trackers to track their calorie burns. We would advise to use the stationary bike option on the fitness tracker as this option relates the best to how BionicGym performs.

Product didn't arrive

Bought their product on the 10 of May expected delivery date wS the 14th, and so far haven't heard a word from it, very poor for such an expensive product

BionicGym has been an excellent device

BionicGym has been an excellent device, allowing me to exercise consistently at home even during Irish rainy periods. I use it gardening sometimes at low intensity also for additional fitness.

This has been the best product I bought…

This has been the best product I bought for not just weight loss but toning and my mental health. I have multiple sclerosis. I’ve progressed to fully wheelchair bound over the years. It has made working out, raising my heart rate very difficult without the use of my legs. Then I stumbled upon the ad for Bionic Gym and it changes my life. I was able to burn calories again. I have shirts soaked after I’ve completed a workout. I was able to feel accomplished after I workout in my wheelchair. It has been a game changer. I use it at least 4 times a week. Just the absolute BEST money I ever spent.

Device does not work, seems malfunction

Hello, I’ve received the product. Did all the trainings and watched the online videos. Set my device to work, made sure all pads are properly placed, several times and all the cables are well connected. However it keeps appearing the message on the app that there is a wiring issue. I’ve sent them an email about the problem but so far no answer or reaultion, sent them picture and videos to make sure I was doing all correctly. I’m frustrated as this device is very expensive and the slow response and not working is frustrating.

Great Company & Customer Service

I gave them 5 stars because they are a good company and good customer service. However, my order was some how missed and I had to contact them to send it out. But I do not believe in marking them down one star because of one problem. Overall they are a good company

I placed an order for the three pack of…

I placed an order for the three pack of gel pads on February 10. They never came, after two weeks I sent an email asking when I would receive my package. I got an apology email that's covering everyone having issues with there orders. They offered me a free set of gel pads all I had to do was pay the twenty five dollar shipping fee. I thought great they say the pads only last about a month or so sure why not. That was on the twenty sixth of February, I still haven't received the first order or the second. They said that there has been a huge interest in the Bionic Gym lately and a large amount of orders has been slowing down the deliveries. That and they said they have been having issues with customs slowing the delivery. It is March 27 today and still no packages. I sent another email a couple of days ago and no reply. I understand they are busy but if they can't fill the orders that have been place a while ago they shouldn't be taking new orders from people. March 27 2024

Worth the price but the app could be better

The product works and is really different from what I've seen out there. The app interface, however (at least for android), could be better. I had no problems with shipping, as I saw some people complaining, I received it in about 8 days after purchasing or something like that. Using for 1 month now.

Beware! Sizing issues, many fees and hidden costs.

Before you buy, measure your inseam and thigh. Shipping took a very long time and there were additional costs to receive a refund. The smallest cuff would not fit my small to medium-sized thighs. The item arrived after more than three weeks and several emails. I had to arrange two appointments in advance to start the return and refund process when the cuffs didn’t fit. I had to pay for the return shipping, materials and led battery fees, and almost paid a restocking fee of more than $120 (USD). Not worth the investment.

Where is customer services?

I always give good reviews and credit where it's due. I'm uncomfortable about giving these 3 stars at this point but this is why......I have inherited a bionic gym from a friend which I have been so excited about. However, I need new gel pads. So I ordered a set (Order #UK32946)and paid for them on 22nd Feb, 2 weeks ago when I received an email receipt to say they were being prepared and I would be notified when shipped. I have heard nothing since. I have sent a couple of emails and messages via the website but haven't heard anything back. So I am sending this to try and get someone's attention, as I have paid for them and can't use the equipment until I receive them! My bank transaction says the money was taken via a company in London which I assume is Bionicgym in the UK, so why 2 weeks and why no communication? Meantime, I have been receiving promotion emails from the same email address.

I have read a few other reports on poor customer services, but have wanted to reserve judgement and go by my own experience. At this point, I am beginning to feel frustrated and a bit stressed out about this experience as things should surely go more smoothly!? I hope I don't have to start a process through my bank to retrieve the money. I need to know I can get these pads via a reliable source and receive what I am paying for. There are no contact numbers for customer services so at this point I can only hope!

Horrible experience

Horrible experience. The device was too small so I immediately sent it back. Then they told me they needed the tracking number before they could refund me AFTER I sent it. Made me contact my bank to dispute the charge: I’ve been ordering online for over two decades and never had that problem before. So their return policy leaves a lot to be desired. You pay for the shipping, the restocking and if you don’t keep the tracking information they’ll resell the item to someone else and pretend they never received it. Beware.
