I placed an order with BioPro Store because the products were presented as high-quality, professionally sourced, and backed by strict quality standards. Based on the descriptions and claims on the website, I expected to receive a product that matched what was being advertised. Unfortunately, my experience was very different.When the product arrived, it did not appear to be as described. The quality and overall experience fell far short of the expectations created by the company's marketing. I purchased with confidence because of the strong claims regarding reliability, quality control, and customer satisfaction, but I did not feel those claims were reflected in the product I received.What made the situation more frustrating was the lack of a satisfactory resolution after I raised my concerns. As a customer, I expected the company to take my feedback seriously and provide clear answers, but I was left feeling disappointed and ignored.There is a significant difference between advertising a premium product and actually delivering one. Customers rely on the information provided on a website when making purchasing decisions, and when the product does not match those expectations, trust is quickly lost.I cannot comment on anyone else's experience, but based on my own order, I feel that the product was not as advertised and did not justify the confidence that the company attempts to create through its marketing. Because of this experience, I will not be purchasing from this store again and cannot recommend it to others looking for reliability, consistency, and transparency.

As per my first review nothing but positive things to say, always quick to reply/help with anything, delivery has been next day with all 3 separate orders, everything arriving on time and exactly what I wanted. 3 separate orders, months apart and different products.

I am disappointed with my experience. The product I received was not as described on the website, and it did not meet the expectations created by the company's claims. I contacted customer support to raise my concerns, but the issue has not been resolved satisfactorily.

I purchased based on the information provided and expected the product to match the stated specifications and quality standards. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. Transparency and accurate product descriptions are important, and I feel misled by the difference between what was advertised and what I received.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company.
