BirdTravel is not what they claim to be. They lure you in by offering attractive holiday packages, then pressure you into paying before giving you the full details. After payment, they suddenly introduce hidden conditions and extra demands they never mentioned at the start. It’s clear they are only interested in taking your money.
This company operates like a scam — please be careful. Many people are falling for their tricks. I would not recommend BirdTravel to anyone.

DOMINICK!!! This man is an absolute asset to this company! I can not say enough about this agent. He spent so much time with me making sure I got the flights that worked best for me in a time of stress and crisis. He was calming and reassuring and also followed up with several phone calls. Friendly and professional as well. I truly hope the CEO of this company takes the time to read the reviews because this employee should NOT go unnoticed. He is a compassionate man who truly takes his job seriously, wanting to accommodate his customers with the best care and service possible. Dominick I thank you for making these travel plans run smoothly . You are truly an angel!

Our driver, Krishnamoorthy, was superb. He helped us with our bags both ends and was a very friendly and polite man. We will definitely use Travel Bird cars again.

Ethan went out of his way to find me a holiday that I could afford. We haven't had it yet, I'll let you know how it goes when we return, but the service he gave was 10 out of 10 he went above and beyond.

Bird-travel.com has refused to refund $ 3700.00 which they received as complete refund from Qatar Airways for two tickets purchased by me last year for travel to India. The last slug fest I had over the phone was in Feb. this year. Their contention was that I had changed the flight dates twice and in order to book new tickets they required me to make an additional payment of along $ 2000. Now I had a serious injury to my right knee in the last week of Dec. 2021 and I was forbidden to travel until end of Feb. I also sent them my Doctor’s certificate. For reasons best known to them , instead of extending the date of my travel as allowed by Qatar, they asked for a full refund and got it. I am 78 years old and in poor health and it is troubling to be gipped out of such a large sum.

From the time the call was answered by Jordan for the original ticket booking until the final changes of all the reservations we received excellent service from Dominic.
I would highly recommend using Bird Travel for any travel bookings.
I will be a loyal customer going forward.

My experience with making my flights to Denmark was excellent. Steve was super helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and patient. He contacted me several times by phone to explain everything. I had to change my flights several times and he made me feel comfortable that my needs were being made correctly. I'm not a big traveler so Steve helped to calm my fears over the entire process.
