I do not recommend Birddogs brand shorts if using them for swimming is your goal. They are advertised as multi-purpose swim-trunks, however, when entering the water, air gets trapped between the inner liner and the outer shorts. They become balloons and unless you are willing to turn completely upside down to release the air, you look like a clown.

After spending over $600 on shorts, I forgot to click the free shirt offer. When I contacted them, they told me they would give me $15 discount. The shirts cost $49 plus shipping. Not very good customer service.

I wish this company would actually ship the items I paid for rather than spamming me with sophomoric, jokesy emails dumped in my inbox on a nearly daily basis. I've been waiting 15 days for my $162 order, and have received zero helpful responses from Birddogs. I'm open to being proved wrong about my awful first impressions of this company, but so far, it seems more like a marketing company for nonexistent products.

Bought these to try. Their website said guaranteed to be happy or return within 30 days. It left out that they charge you $9.00 to return. Didn't like the fit at all. Sorry I bought them. Wish they were more up front with return fees.

Ordered 3 shirts 7/5. Received tracking number on 7/8. Package never shipped. Contacted customer service 7/12. Was told sorry , and another package was supposedly prepared. No other shipping label was forthcoming, the original label still shows no product dropped off at shipper. Contacted customer service again 7/15, no further help was offered. Filed credit card dispute 7/15, received favorable judgment 7/18. No package and a waste of so much time. I have ordered successful 2 years ago, company is now a complete dumpster fire!

Ordered shorts based on appearance of quality company. Ordered July 14. It is now July 23. All I have received is an email saying they are “working on it”. Unacceptable processing times with zero accountability. STAY AWAY

Cancelled order and was told I would receive refund. Been a week and no refund. No number to call. Messages I have sent through website are not answered. I would avoid buying from this company.

They dont have any way other than an email to contact them about their clothing. They dont answer emails, terrible situation requiring customers to be left without answer and to shop other clothing comapnies.

Ordered 2 pairs of shorts - too large. Returned both and was charged $10 more per pair upon the return for each pair HOWEVER, they only sent one pair back! Multiple attempts to reach them - no response via email and website; no customer service number. No communication and terrible customer service. Stealing from your customers is a poor way to build a company!

Sent order to wrong address. 4 emails later no response at all. No legit phone number. I would not ever buy anything from them they are a total rip off

They are comfortable, but they don’t seem to hold up very well. They are very thin.! They fit pretty well but the biggest problem is they are ridiculous expensive by the time you get them with tax it’s nearly $90.! then they were on backorder. They emailed me and said they were in stock but they weren’t going to ship out for nearly a month.???? !!! then I got another email that said they were going to be another week late!! so if they are in stock, why does it take 30 days to get them and then ending up nearly 40 days plus shipping time! Somebody is dropping the ball there

I really wanted to like this company but same experience as previous customers. 2 missing items in Fathers Day gift. I sent 5 unanswered emails, customer service phone number is non existent. Incredibly frustrating situation. Would really like my hat and TShirt that was listed on my packing slip.

Bird dog company is not the type of quality company. I am choosing to purchase items from anymore. The first round of purchasing three and one khaki pants for my husband was excellent. Then second order placed, and this order was lost. They offered to either refund or re-ship the items. I chose re-shipping. The items arrived and one item was substituted, and the other item was refunded because it was no longer in stock. Third order I placed the wrong size arrived. Each time I have reached out to Customerservice they send you an email saying that they are having a very high volume right now and will get back to you in 3 to 5 days. Also, stating if you continue to submit additional inquiries, it will push your response back in in the queue. I do not recommend purchasing from this company. They did not get it right the last two orders, which gives them a 33% accuracy in completing Customerservice service satisfaction for ordering.

Horrible experience from the minute presses the submit button. Shipping tracking would not update, customer service is non existent and ignored every email, product finally arrived, and shirt was covered in grease! Damaged and can not wear it. Went to process return and still charging me for shipping! This is a horrendous company. Will never ever buy from them again.

I bought three pairs of shorts one extra large and two medium. They sent one extra large and one medium. I’ve sent multiple emails and tried multiple phone numbers without response. I have no other avenue but to call my credit card company next I would never do business with this company again. Plus, I ordered them in advance for Father’s Day and they arrived Saturday evening before Father’s Day.

I ordered two pairs of shorts which never arrived. Cannot reach them via phone.

This is so irritating ... no response to email on return. Either they do not care or the worst customer service ever!! I am done! Never again!!!!!

The marketing on the delivery box was so offensive that I returned all items immediately. They went right back into the box. It really reveals what the brand stands for, and I want nothing to do with it. It also took over 2 weeks to receive the delivery.

Sent to emails about an exchange and additional purchase. No response. Will never buy anything from them again. For the price I paid, they should have decent customer service.

Had a worst company you could possibly buy from the dishonest they don’t give you your returns back. Their prices are ridiculous. They deliveries forever and then you have to wait and they don’t even give you your return. They let it go past 30 days very sneaky, dishonest company.
