Great Company and Customer Service
I purchased my ring about 5 or 6 years ago. I lost a baguette out of it and I called. I sent the ring in, they replaced the baguette and only charged a small amount for labor. My ring was returned polished and looking absolutely beautiful. Rebecca is amazing and gives the best customer service ever! I also have a second ring I purchased three years ago. The quality is outstanding on all of their jewelry!

As noted at checkout, our standard production time is about 10 business days. However, we were happy to rush this order for you, completing and delivering it between Dec 22nd and Dec 30th—much faster than our standard lead time.

Patience will pay off
A stone fell out of one of my rings - It took a little work to get in contact with customer support, and communication was spotty. But when I did connect with them it was great customer service. I sent in a few other rings for polishing, too. In the end my pieces were returned looking brand new. Good quality and craftsmanship!
