Member for many years. Never had other outside contacts wanting my business.
On April 9, 2025, Alex, helped me with a sign in/update issue. He communicated in a pleasant/very helpful manner. He took the time to understand my problem even though it took a couple of contacts for me to explain my situation. (Sometimes I don’t do that well!)
Problem solved professionally! Love the reminders as I think remembering birthdays shows how much I care about people in my life. Great site-thank you Birthday Alarm!

The card selection is abominable!! Cards are out of date- ex Joe Biden as VP!!
Need new ideas, new creative staff.

I love Birthday Alarm & have relied on this service for years and have not missed anyone's birthday yet! The reason I'm giving it 3.5-4 stars is due to the religious stuff in many of the messages in the cards. I've had to pass on some of the cutest cards so many times due to the religious references. Also, I'd like to see more choices for animated cards that are up-to-date instead of the same old same old.

Even though I was not thinking clearly, (became a widow and an orphan within 60 days last year) Alex helped me to undo my wrong idea to cancel Birthday Alarm for me to save a $. I NEED BIRTHDAY ALARM for the list of some of our patients we already have on their reminder for me. I love the different categories and cute and unique cards for all occasions and HIGHLY RECOMMEND jumping at the opportunity to sign up with BIRTHDAY ALARM. It's one more thing you DON'T have to keep up with because they do it for you.

Actually looking forward to planning the CELEBRATION OF LIFE for me dear beloved Dr. Joe. I now have 3,994 patients to tell them about this and BIRTHDAY ALARM has helped me to get started!!! I'm going to use their service to get the invitation out to everyone.

I have been using Birthday Alarm for sometime and was very happy that the Look & Feel is now smarter than before.

One thing, it would be great if it can accommodate "other" languages besides English, such as Japanese.

Great customer support and I love that they always add new cards and features!

Good app. Has kept me up on all the birthdays of family and friends. Easy to use. I have been a member for 15years.

Long time birthday Alarm user here. I mostly use their website to send cards for birthdays and holidays but they recently updated their app and it is a HUGE improvement. I love that they send reminders straight to my phone now -- I'm so much more likely to see them there instead of in an email. They've added lots of cute cards lately too!

You literally had ONE job - to send ONE notification right at the birthday date so I wouldn't forget it. I got an email with sale ads the week before, next one after 4 days and NOTHING at the most important date. I wish you all the worst, hope your employees will be homeless, hope your site will be shut down and I wish I would have never visited it.

Think I already did this but just in case.
Have had Birthday Alarm for years. Love it. Had one issue a few months back and it was resolved expeditiously.
Great staff !

I was a subscriber of BirthdayAlarm.com for the past 20 years but I got really upset today by their last reminder email, implying that one can catch covid from a birthday card, and that with their service, you would not catch covid because the service is digital and nobody will actually get a physical birthday card. They are capitalizing on a lie and I don't like that. I have asked them to delete my account as soon as possible. We are not stupid.
