We have used Bison assist for a number of years and have never had any issues. We had Aziz Rehman carry out 3 risk assessments at our facility today. Aziz is very polite and friendly and very knowledgeable. This is the second time he has carried out our assessments and would be happy for him to come again next year.

I recently worked with Mr. Aziz on both our fire safety and Legionella risk assessments, and I cannot recommend him highly enough. His depth of knowledge in both areas is truly outstanding. He quickly identified potential compliance gaps we hadn't considered and provided clear, practical recommendations tailored specifically to our site.
Beyond his technical expertise, Mr. Aziz was consistently friendly, approachable, and highly professional throughout the entire engagement. He took the time to walk us through his findings, explained complex regulations in plain language, and patiently answered all of our questions. What could have been a daunting compliance process felt smooth and stress-free thanks to his guidance.
His advice was invaluable. We now have a robust, fully documented risk management strategy in place and a clear action plan for ongoing maintenance and staff training.
If you're looking for a consultant who combines deep regulatory knowledge with genuine professionalism and a collaborative approach, Mr. Aziz is an excellent choice. Five stars without hesitation!

From booking the Consultant through to him delivering the report the process was seamless - absolutely delighted.

Aziz was friendly, professional and thorough. We will definitely use Bison again.

Easy to take to consultant. Great reccomendations, simply explained.

Aziz was extremely professional and helpful. He answered questions confidently advised of all issues and has a huge database of knowledge. The service was well worth it and would recommend Aziz for everyone.

We had Aziz complete a legionella risk assessment for our dental practice. He was professional and so friendly. Knowledgable and a real credit to the company. It was easy to book an appointment and the customer service has been faultless. Would highly recommend.

Report completed on our property, told on the report that there was a dead leg underneath sink in Kitchen. The report cost £185. On the back of that report we contacted a plumber who came out and disconnected a pipe that he thought was the dead leg but in fact fed the dishwasher. He charged us £350 and we are now waiting on his return to reconnect the pipe. So now we know there is no dead leg underneath the sink and another plumber has told us how could the assessor know that there was a dead leg by a visual inspection only. This company has cost my mom, a pensioner, a lot of money on the back of an incorrect report. Very poor!!

Aziz conducts his work with a high level of professionalism and thoroughness. He takes the time to explain matters clearly and ensures there is ample opportunity to ask questions. It is a pleasure working with a professional like Aziz, whose clear explanations and attentive approach inspired confidence throughout the assessment. Thank you Aziz

Excellent service
Well knowledge

We had Aziz Rehman , assessing our dental practice and he was very efficient . We sat and discussed all the minor concerns , allowing me to make good these issues . I look forward to welcoming him back on our next scheduled inspection

Used for a school full audit for health and safety, fire, legionella and disability access. Aziz was friendly, helpful and knowledgable.

Aziz was extremely helpful and professional during the visit

Aziz has visited us before for a Legionella Risk Assessment and today to conduct our Fire Risk Assessment. On both occasions he has been very friendly, personable, professional and very knowledgable about both areas. He is also very approachable and I feel I can ask him anything and be totally honest with him also.

We had Gary Jackson as our assessor at our GP practice- he covered 3 areas of assessment and was very knowledgeable!
Great communication throughout the assessment and was able to answer any questions we had.
Time efficient and supportive in his approach to addressing areas of action! Thanks Bison and Gary for a fantastic service- will continue to highly recommend your services.
