Came upon this brand on a trip to San Antonio and fell in love with secret pastel ✨️ though at the time I didn't make the purchase, but found it in online and ordered several scents. All of them smell SO GOOD and I could smell them consistently throughout the day. Though one of the items was the wrong scent, they immediately responded and resolved the mistake. I will DEFINITELY be buying these beautiful perfumes again and again!!

I bought this perfume back In may when I was at a work even, I have got so many compliments on the perfume! I will only wear this now!

it last a very long time with little spray needed , i’m not in love with the cost being on par with designer cologne. Other then that i like the product

My husband came home from New York with 2 of the fragrances for men and they smell so good I just had to have some for myself so I ordered the a sampler for women. However, out of the 5 fragrances in my set, my favorite is Adriatic Sea. I wish there was an option to build my own sampler box!

This perfume is hands down the best! It is simple yet beautiful and elegant! Myself and my daughter, both, love it! The online ordering process is seamless. Delivery is quick and easy. Customer service, when needed, is phenomenal! BUY IT! You will not regret it! I will continue to purchase this product as long as it’s available!

This group are scammers and pushy salespeople who are obviously taking advantage of teenagers who have never been exposed to these kiosk scams before. The salesperson who said he owns the store said he was giving my teenage daughter a good deal and had her call me so that he can tell me he was going to give her a good deal going from $80 to $60 for what I now have smelled to be the nastiest smelling perfume i have ever smelled. Smells like mosquito spray. On top of it, he was throwing in a lotion which I saw when she brought it home to be completely unsanitary and almost all used up for a “extra free gift” with purchase. Hey no worries - you may have scammed us out of $60 but your business is going to fail and have no long term success- enjoy scamming people while you can and completely taking advantage of these young teens. Like I said your business is doomed
for failure. Your stuff is trash, stinks and is going in the trash right now. As you can see the picture is of the unsanitary half used up sample that we got as a bonus gift - wow -thanks for being so giving! It won’t be long before you go bankrupt!

Inferior packaging. I tried to open the cap if the bottle and the entire content spilled out of the bottle. I bought this from Menlo Park ,NJ mall.

If I can give no stars I would. They pressure people to purchase stuff. When you try to return it, they do not follow by their policy. It specifically says you can return within 30 days and they will not return it. This is such a horrible company with not values. NO ONE SHOULD EVER PURCHASE FROM THEM.

I like the Bisou oro so much that I purchased 2 bottles from their vendor in Parks mall in Arlington, Tx.. The smell is awesome! The only problem is that both bottles have been completely wasted because I keep them in my car and the fragrance has leaked out! $135 lost!! Please upgrade the bottles because they are definitely no good…. 😡 😡 😡

The product is amazing and soft doesn't mess up my nose like bougie overpriced designer brands perfume that are a waste of money who'd pays 500 dollars for creed or Tom Ford and u get a tiny bottle that's why i shop at bisou you get big giant bottle for very good price and it smells the manager named sadat in new jersey provided excellent customer service and i will definitely return
