Scam casino withholds my earnings even though I fully passed their KYC

I saw an advertisment on social media of the company. I figured I might as well try because the sportsbetting platform looked great. I deposited around 3800$. I placed 4 or 5 bets and my account was blocked. they did it without even notifying me in any shape or form. I then contacted support and they send me this long paragraph : Hello,
Following our investigation, it has been confirmed that you used more than one account on Bitsler and that you were part of a coordinated group aiming to obtain an unfair advantage. This is a direct violation of clause 14.1 of the Terms and Conditions, which states that “holding more than one account is strictly prohibited (per person/IP address/household/family).”
In addition, the coordinated activity and betting patterns observed between the linked accounts demonstrate an intent to abuse promotions and circumvent the system. This behavior constitutes a breach of clause 14.3, which prohibits “obtaining an advantage against the casino without any risk (exploiting a bug, using more than one account to abuse promotions, etc.).”
In accordance with clauses 6.1, 7.1, and 14.1 to 14.3 of the Terms and Conditions, Bitsler reserves the right to void bets, confiscate funds, apply account-level sanctions, and permanently close any account involved in fraudulent or abusive activities.
I barely placed any bets, they confiscated my money and they told me I was part of some organized group and that I used multiple accounts. (Which is obviously false) I placed only 5 bets and they accused me of some kind of scheme.
To this point, they have kept my 3800$ and won't give me my money back.
I am really disappointed that an online site who is liscensed can do that....
Hello And warning !After two years of leaving here and losing a lot, I saw that today I have a $50 bonus because of my level. After wagering, I saw that the loss was a lot. I wanted to withdraw it. I saw that they automatically activated the 2FA code for me, but I couldn't withdraw it. When I told support to take it, they took it and asked for KYC!!!
Conclusion: Don't be fooled by the rewards and benefits of this site. Everything is controlled here. Previously, they would steal your money through KYC requests, but now they automatically activate 2FA to stop you. They don't even spare $50. They are very greedy. Don't bring thousands of dollars here like the previous user because they don't give anyone any money. They are only here to take it and their hands are exposed!!!
I gave up the $50 bonus, but be careful not to deposit money.

EDIT / UPDATE: After my complaint, the verification was finally completed and my withdrawal was processed. The payment has been received.
However, I still want to be honest about the experience. While deposits are instant, my withdrawal initially got stuck due to a pending proof of address verification that exceeded 48 hours, with no clear ETA provided by support. I was told to contact support if it took longer than 48 hours, which I did, but progress only happened much later.
If such delays are possible, this should be clearly communicated or handled before accepting deposits, not after a withdrawal request. Holding a user’s funds for days without a clear timeline seriously affects trust, even if the issue is eventually resolved.
I appreciate that the payment was finally made, but the verification and communication process definitely needs improvement to avoid similar situations for other users.

My cashout has been kept hostage . They asked for KYC which I had provided right away
been more than 3 days they haven't approved KYC
I am ready to provide them with required documents , but all they ask me to do is wait.
I have all the chats , screenshots of deposit & cashout requested, if it is needed.

I contacted veriff ( kyc partner of bitlser ) to speed up the kyc / POA & they said they are B2B and wont't be able to help me directly.
So , it's upto bitsler internally to speed/re-initiate kyc & cashout the winnings.
All bitsler needs to do is internally expedite the matter , re - initiate KYC so that i can upload Proof of address again.
Also bitsler needs to understand , we are eventually going to lose in long run. giving us support like this holding funds for so long .
Delaying in approval or rejection of kyc is unpleasant.
Kindly plz escelate KYC / POA so that I can re-upload my documents & bitsler can release cashout.

My issue has been fully resolved. Bitsler’s compliance team personally reached out, verified my Proof of Address internally, and processed my withdrawal successfully.
