Good selection of live dealer games. I like that the high roller tables are separate from the normal ones, makes it easier to browse.

I've been using Bitz's platform for a long time now, and I haven't had any problems, and if I have, support has been quick to resolve them. They frequently release new and interesting things, there are a lot of bonuses, but not as many as I'd like. The project is interesting and developing rapidly, it's worth paying attention to.

It is ridiculous to have to do a 3x rollover on the money that I deposited I've used many shity casinos but this one takes the cake for the shittiest one, first I tried to withdraw and I receive a message saying I need to 1x nothing out of the ordinary for this type of casinos, then after I complete the 1x I receive a message saying I need to 3x to be able to withdraw the money, absolutely ridiculous.

Hi Guilherme Serra,
Kindly note that according to our Terms and Conditions (Section 10.2), a 3x wagering requirement applies when playing live games only. This is a standard policy for this type of gameplay.
Could you please provide us with your casino ID?
If you were playing slots and were incorrectly asked to meet a 3x wagering requirement, we will investigate the issue and refund your deposit without any problem.
Kind regards,

Hi Artemijs Alksvs,
Kindly be advised that this complaint has already been reviewed with you on multiple platforms. We have presented conclusive evidence demonstrating that you caused substantial financial loss in TRX. These materials have been submitted to the forum representatives. The cases have been resolved in our favor.
We have returned your deposits and terminated our agreement for servicing your account.
However, you have caused substantial financial losses through the creation of new multiaccounts.

Hi Aleksandrs Oleinikovs,
Thank you for your review.
Could you please share your casino ID with us? We would be happy to give you a quick tour of our platform and send you the contact details of your personal manager via email.
The 5% cashback with no wagering requirements is just one of the many bonuses we offer. Let's take a closer look together — there are plenty of bonuses available, and we'd love to help you make the most of them.
For example, when you level up, you receive two bonuses: a spin on the Wheel of Fortune and a no-deposit bonus. We also offer a Weekly Reload bonus, and your personal manager can provide you with exclusive, tailored offers.
We sincerely apologize — it appears that your personal bonuses were mistakenly disabled. Your personal manager will be reaching out to you shortly via the email address you provided, and will offer you a personalized no-deposit bonus.
Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Rest assured, appropriate action will be taken to address the issue.
Kind regards,
Bitz team
Underwhelming.
I Must be honest i disliked my time time at bitz.io. I have tried a few casinos in my day, both live and online. A lot of online casinoes have lost touch given fact that people are way to confident nowadays, sitting behind a screen., feeling invincible, on a power trip. Customer service is a whole other game and its bad. Bitz.io is one of those casinoes. I've never ran so bad either in no online casino as i have at bitz.io. Nothing like the "nft ape" who streams for them, who seems to hit the bonus every couple of spins, and this no matter what slot...but lets be real it is probably the manager guy, John i think is his name, .behind the monkey. Which is fitting given his arrogant and full of himself attitude. It would explain why the RTP seemed so different from my experiences and the few streams i watched. Overall, I would not recommend to nobody. I was told there was a 30$ bonus to write an honest review but i guess that is out the window...Hi John! All the best to you and your wife buddy!
