Avoid!
First they sent through my file on a circle stickers instead of a rectangle. They couldnt change order but instead offered a store credit. The product arrived not even close to how it was suppose to be. I ordered 3000 labels which were all on one roll. Couldnt fit it into my label printer.
I used store credit on other labels and they replicated my image but added in spelling mistakes.
Customer service takes a week to reply but by then its too late.
They offered no resolution to fix the problems. Just an excuse and we appreciate your understanding when clearly I dont understand at all.
I will never use this company again or encourage anyone to use them.

This is my 2nd review - no customer service at all.
This is my 2nd review, as I got a reply from the first which was no help. I ordered a name stamp Order: 5203512 Which looked great on the web site, but when it arrived the whole name section was only 1cm across! Less than half the size on the website and impossible to use on legal forms. There was absolutely nowhere on their website to complain about this or return the order, just a "virtual person" that said they could not answer. So on your reply you gave me a link that you said I could make a complaint on, but it just took me to the same list of complaints - none of which matched my problem, and again no way of contacting you! Please send me a link to a return lable so I can send this useless stamp back to you and you can give me a full refund. You need to definitely have a contact form to answer your customers problems and provide PROPER CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Arrived Late but was in Perfect Condition

Signed up for an account interested in ordering something and I’ve received 3 emails a day blatant spam. You can’t even unsubscribe with one click, they make you log in to your account and un tick everything. Annoying AF

Absolutely nightmare as they don’t have…
Absolutely nightmare as they don’t have an email to reach out to and the virtual assistant chat doesn’t connect you either. My order arrived and is not as expected but also I was never asked to confirm the sticker although I paid extra. Never ever order here it’s an absolute joke!
How about you reach out to me?! Since the bot that you suggest now in your answer isn’t working as I said.

Excellent product - great quality
Super happy to have found this site. The process of uploading the design was super simple. The end product was so much better than expected. We used the coasters for my step-daughter's wedding in QLD so they needed to be absorbent for cold drinks on a warm day/night. They were perfect. They added to an awesome event - giving it a personal touch and a memento for guests and the newlyweds.

Order stickers on the 9/8/26 and still have not got them contacted bizay 4 times got a response first time and none for the other times i emailed them. Had to go though pay pal to get a refund will not deal with this company again
