1 star is generous. Avoid this company if you have any kind of deadline.
I paid extra for my custom wine labels to be delivered no later than October 1. It is now October 6 and they still haven't arrived. Tracking shows the package sitting in the Netherlands since September 18, and UPS confirmed they don't even have the physical package.
I contacted Bizay about the delay and got no actual solution or delivery date. Now my wine shipments are delayed and I have to spend 3x as much on a rush replacement order elsewhere because of their failure.
I paid for a specific delivery deadline. They didn't meet it, haven't resolved it, and have left me paying the price for their mistake.
I've now requested a full refund and am currently waiting for Bizay to resolve this. Hopefully they do the right thing, because this has been an incredibly frustrating experience.
If your order is time-sensitive, do yourself a favour and order elsewhere.
(Also, worth noting their sad AI responses to all the negative reviews saying "it's being resolved right now" when it truly is not).

Lost order, no response to refund request
I ordered time-sensitive stickers (order 5293165) that I needed by October 1. FedEx lost the package and confirmed in writing that the refund or replacement is the shipper's responsibility. On September 23 I contacted Bizay asking for either an expedited replacement that would arrive on time or a full refund. Bizay opened a case and confirmed they could not make the deadline with a new order. However, despite repeated requests for a refund I have received no reply.

Unreliable
The reason I wanted to try this company was that they promised delivery dates that met my needs. I paid an extra $27 to ensure they would arrive on time. Delivery was scheduled for September 17th, but I didn't receive them until the 23rd. The problem is, I needed them by the 21st. To make matters worse, when the order arrived, the box was destroyed, and the paper used was the cheapest I have ever seen. I don't understand the price point. Staples is the best option. The printing looked good, but that’s useless on such cheap paper. Frankly, a huge disappointment!

Very disappointed with this company
On July 21, I placed an order for two different types of stickers. By September, I had received only half of my order. Deadline for delivery was September 2.
On September 4, I contacted customer service to report that part of my order was still missing. The only response I received was a generic message saying that the order had been shipped.
They then changed the status of my order in my account to “delivered,” even though I still have not received the missing items.
I am extremely disappointed. Customer service seems to be nothing more than a formality — my issue has not been resolved, and no one has actually helped me.
I cannot recommend this company. Very disappointing experience.
