I placed an order: #BBB2398962, prepaid, worth 2200 INR at this fraudulent website on the 2nd of July. They did not ship my order. So, on the 9th of July I wrote to them requesting a cancelation and a refund. They promised that they will get back in 24-48 hours. They did not. Subsequently I received a shipment confirmation on the 12th. I thought I will let it go. However, the item never arrived. When I saw Delhivery website, it shows that the shipment was canceled by the seller.
Of course, Customer service didn't get back to me about the refund. While I will be pursuing consumer court complaints, other buyers please be very wary of this fraudulent company.

Waste of money. I purchased the Vetiver Oud and received the delivery, but it smells exactly like cheap mogra flower attar that costs hardly ₹100. They are charging a heavy price of ₹700 for this, which is completely unjustified.

Very unprofessional behavior—on their website, they display only positive reviews. I submitted a 1-star rating, but it was not posted on their site. This is misleading, and it feels like a scam is going on.
