At first, I was browsing the website and worried that this might be fake but when I saw the prices I just went with it because if I lost money it would only be like $3. The blockchain transaction took a little bit and that worried me a little bit but then shortly after I got my server up and running. It was fast and worked perfectly. Sometimes when I restarted the server it didn't work and I couldn't get back into the server so I had to do a ticket and support and they responded quickly. Highly recommend a starter vps.

I am a Tor Exit Node operator. In this day of mass spying and data collection it's important to have companies that support freedom on the internet!
Censorship is rampant today, we need to be able to speak freely. A lot of hosting companies shine an evil eye at people if they even mention the Tor Project. Not BlackHOST, They've kept my server online and fuss free for ages. If you support internet freedom, and want to host Tor services I recommend these guys 100% 0xDEADBEEF Network and WSSH stand behind this company and recommend them to anyone wanting a privacy-centrist hosting provider. They even accept Bitcoin! What's not to love?

spectacular support and fast servers, for me best hosting company.

I found this web hosting service while looking to develop an internal file sharing platform for my team.
As most supposedly "unlimited" hosting providers strictly forbid that practice in the TOS, being able to do that with black.host while knowing exactly how much space I can use, was a lifesaver for me.
Their support quickly responded to any issues I've experienced and I've not seen much downtime over the past year of using the service.
However there are some some aspects of their site which seem unfinished, or perhaps slightly broken, but if you can overlook those small issues I would highly recommend them.

At first I was skeptical about their unmetered dedicated servers, but their 72h refund policy changed my mind, and it turns out it was my best decision ever.

I have my share of experience with cheap dedicated servers, here in Netherlands we have a lot of them. But what most of the hosting providers lack is good support. The guys at BlackHOST surprised me with the level of the dedication in answering all of my questions, and helped me bootstrap my project.

I've been using BlackHost's shared hosting since 2016 and here's my breakdown -

Pros:
- Low Cost
- CPanel
- Addon Domain's (depending on plan/service of course)
- Very little "caps" to anything, from email to bandwidth to FTP accounts to subdomains.
- Very little downtime in the years that I've used them* (see cons)

Cons:
- Their Website. 10% of their website is still filler 'Lorem Ipsum' text and "links" to nowhere (so many "/#" and links to the homepage). Just hover over their footer and see how many links don't actually do anything. Similar things can be found for users of their services, pages like "knowledge base" have sat void for 4+ years. It comes off as very unprofessional, especially for so many quick and easy fixes to have stayed on the site for so long. It oft gives off a feel of an unfilled 'template' website. Please, BlackHost, spend the small amount of time It would take to fix these mistakes!
- *Occasional days where the site speed crawls very slowly or even times out, and their support shows no status update for network bloat/slowdowns. Granted I've been using this service for a long time, and have only seen it a handful of times, that's still a little concerning as it's not like I look at my sites very often, and so it must happen other times as well. I am willing to look past this as a flaw in a new company, as I haven't noticed it as much in recent years.

We've been switching from one to another hosting provider in the past period as we were looking high availability hosting solution for our back-end. It is very important for us to have 100% uptime as we're facing hundreds of request per second, but as young startup we haven't focused on our revenue model yet and we couldn't afford expensive cloud solution.

BlackHOST team was kind enough and had the know-how to setup high availability cluster of VM's trough their network in Europe for us. We've been so happy with their services so when I received review invitation I got so excited :)

There are many kind things I can write for them, especially for Thomas and Izumo, but I'll be short and say this:

Don't waste your time with other hosting providers like Bluehost or GoDaddy, try BlackHOST services and if you have some trouble just be contact their support and keep it real!

Ein super Hosting. Ich habe neu einen VPS und die haben mich sehr gut auf die neue Oberfläche begleitet und mir viele "Anfänger" - Fragen beantwortet. Support antwortet immer rasch und ist sehr hilfsbereit.

I've been using their services for my streaming projects for over the past 3 years. Their 10Gbps UNMETERED servers are incredible! At first I was very sceptic, I mean there are lot of hosting companies claiming they have UNMETERED servers, but down in the tiny letters there is always a catch, which was not the case with BlackHOST.

All I can say to them is, keep up with the good work!

We've been using BlackHOST services for some time now, so far so good. We've experienced some migration issues in the beginning however their team was very experienced and helped us to solve all obstacles very fast.

We had the fairshare of downtime as well which counts in couple of minutes during the last 2 years, never the less we were amazed of the transparency provided from their team while they were mitigating some hardware issues.

Our overall experience is great and highly recommended.

i run two websites with black host (cringecorp.com, and nowiknow.online) and my experience with them has been very professional and enjoyable, i would write more, but im 16 and im lazy af, lol.

It is a fraudulent site. they take your money and never provide you with any domain even though I paid them with bitcoin. Support also does not respond
