I could not recommend Blackacre anymore highly:
- the initial design process was done based on a few suggestions which ended up resulting in something we could present to my Fiancée;
- throughout Laura educated us around diamonds and the way that Blackacre create jewellery, before landing on the perfect stone for the piece.

I used Blackacre to design an engagement ring for my partner and would highly recommend them to family and friends. They were incredibly helpful and led me through the entire experience, providing lots of useful information, but ultimately always delivering exactly what I asked for on a tight timeline. I loved how bespoke the experience was and completely stress free. They handled every detail and were always very responsive on phone/email. My partner loves the ring and I will definitely be using Blackacre again.

Both Sam and Laura were brilliant people to deal with during the process of creating an engagement ring. Each step they provided was educational and when it came down to actually designing the ring, they were patient, helpful and detailed. Blackacre is highly recommended to anyone looking for beautiful and bespoke jewellery!

I cannot speak highly enough of my experience with Blackacre. Sam and team were able to make the daunting prospect of choosing an engagement ring as stress-free and as enjoyable as possible. They spent time to understand both my questions and concerns and then ultimately executed on a piece which was far far beyond both of our expectations and made for an incredibly happy customer! The attention to detail from start to finish was first rate and the personal touches made the whole experience feel incredibly special.

Outstanding customer service from Laura and Sam. Took care of every detail and communicate effectively throughout the entire process. Even dealt with my not living in London by allowing friends to visit the studio to see example rings and diamonds.

Sam, Laura & the rest of the Blackacre team are just simply the best! Laura and the rest of the Blackacre team could not have been more friendly and helpful in helping me and my fiancée choose the perfect ring. From being flexible with scheduling appointments around work, offering a huge selection of stones that were within budget, keeping us updated (with photos!) of the different stages of making the ring, through to finally being presented with the amazing end product, I am so pleased we went with Blackacre rather than trying to find something in a shop window. I know we would not have had the same service or amazing, sparkly outcome anywhere else.

Sam and the Blackacre team rebuilt my engagement ring for me. The whole process and experience was first class, Sam kept me up to date on every stage of the process. It was so great to see exactly what they were doing and understand each stage of the process, making it such an enjoyable experience. I can see the ring has been made to a much higher standard than before, with such delicate detailing on the cage, uniform and delicate claws and the three stones are set beautifully. I couldn’t recommend Sam and his team more.

I went to many different jewelry stores, but none of them were even close to providing the same level of care, reverence, and customized experience as the folks at Blackacre did. I was involved in the whole design process and was updated consistently along the way with any progress updates.
